Amazing stay with an awesome view of the mountains. Good service from very helpful staff. Food is delicious and not expensive at all. Enormous rooms with separate fireplace gives an authentic essence of the Victorian era that you cannot find elsewhere. A bit away from the noise of the mall road, helps in giving out a relaxing vibe. All in all, a good experience. Will visit again for sure.👍

By mid-December, my cousins and I had reserved two-day suites. The hotel's exceedingly polite and welcoming staff is undoubtedly its best feature! Such excellent hospitality is not often encountered. Clean and roomy are the suite rooms. If you want a room with a good view, the suite room has the best views. However, if I had to pick one complaint, it would be that the rooms might need a better room heater. Other than that, they are clean, hygienic, and spacious. The cuisine was tasty, clean, and expertly prepared. Specifically, the mixed vegetable pakoras we ate on our party's bonfire night. All in all, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended. Mall Road is roughly ten minutes' walk from the hotel. It took us six hours to walk from the hotel to Lal Tibba and back, but the experience was incredible.

First of all the rooms are so small, unequipped, and dark in the name of heritage. You cannot compromise on the basic amenities that the hotels charge for. The breakfast is 1/5. Substandard preparations, 1 or 2 options...so better have the breakfast outside.balcony is just so so small that just 1 person can barely stand. A tv faraway in the corner with no recharge...if you want a comfortable stay, better not book it here. Ours was the imperial deluxe one..the other basic one and the suite one doesnt even have a balcony. Cleanliness is 3/5.. the only okay thing is they have someone to drop you to somewhere near the mall road..

I stayed for 3 days at ilbert manor and it was fantastic. Service is too good. View from my room was great. And the food is amazing. Had a great time .. will visit again for sure. Staff was so good, the chef also made child friendly meals for my baby. Overall great experience.

Anybody planning to visit mussoorie or even landour then ILBERT MANOR is the place for you to book your stay. As somebody who loves peace, greenery, and good view from the room along with beautiful interior of the whole Manor it was treat for me to stay there and the food was delicious especially the CHAI. The staff is really helpful and polite. Thankyou Ilbert for the peaceful staycation.
