Good accomodation in genuine price. Manager as well staff is cooperative. Kitchen chef is awesome n food is very delicious. Best room to stay is 501 & 502. Best for parking.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a disappointing experience. It seems more like a money-minting machine than a place focused on guest comfort. The room service was practically nonexistent, and there was no air conditioning available. During the summer, the heat made it unbearable to stay in the room, especially at night. It was so suffocating that I couldn't get any proper rest. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel is good but staff is little casual type. Reception person shows a dull face when you book from online travel portals especially during peak seasons. Didn't get prompt response to pick up a single trolly bag to the upstairs. Lift floor buttons are bit confusing. Linen had stains. Food is okay except that tasteless rice.

We stayed at the night lot of noise coming on our floor somebody was knocking our door and wen we called at reception the man who picked up the call was also drunk..there is no swcurity plzz dont check in totally shameful.

Our family stayed at the hotel from 11th to 14th June and our stay was fantastic with home like comfort and excellent care by each and everyone at the property. |Special mention to restaurant staff: Vishnu, Ravi, laxman, Bhajan as they took special care of us.

I stayed for a day in the hotel with my family. It's nice and also near the famous market of Mussoorie- Mall Road. The room were decen and we got the topmost floor (3rd floor). The basement ones are smelly so I personally suggest you to book the top most floor- the third floor. There are no amazing views from the balcony if you are expecting any. Just a decent room to crash on at the end of the day. The hotel also provide it's own car parking but don't expect much from it. The parking is on the first come and first serve basis. If you arrive late around 7-8 there are high chances that the parking area would be packed. And even if you are staying at the hotel, you would have to park your car someplace else. So keep that in mind because even we were told about this later after we checked in the hotel.
