Vikas Hotel

Very arrogant owner. They didn't provide water and floor mat for the bathroom during the stay. When asked for the facilities to be provided, you will be called as a RUDE Customer. Don't spend your money unnecessarily in this hotel. Even the geyser takes a hell lot of time during summers. Just imagine during winters when you want hot water immediately. Too much high prices even for a short duration stay.

Good hotel with lodging and a very good parking place. Rooms are clean and the service is good. This place also has good views of the mountain ranges. Would definitely recommend this place if you plan on staying at mussoorie. You can shop at the nearby outlets and also enjoy the street food here.

Hotel is far below the standard. Except being in centrally located at the mall ; its only suitable for senior citizens who have mobility issues. Except will not recommend this place. Rooms are old and not renovated since ages, bathrooms are clean but basic. Bed quality is below basic and bed linen; lets not talk even. ||||There is no view from rooms, or from hotel grounds (i am refraining myself to call Hotel Lawns as the open patch of land within the hotel complex is partially used for parking and remaining with few slides for kids on bare patch).||||No power backup to run lights and TV in rooms except emergency light in washroom.||||Management,Owner may like to comment if they don't agree to my fair review.||||As a Senior Contributor at Trip Advisor, its my humble request to fellow travellers consider this review thoroughly before considering to stay at this Hotel

One of the worst hotel in my lifetime till date I have come accross. It is more like a clock room not a hotel. During my stay I requisted for soap to take bath the same was refused and asked to buy the same from outside. good for Drunkards as thy permit to sit ouside in lawn and have open drink in front of other Rooms and children park.

No cooperation by staff.....|Ambience is very poor......|No worth of money spent........|The staff didn't cooperated at all and food quality was not up to mark. The hotel seems to meant for salesmen / below economy groups booking. Not good for business / couples / family stay at all. |

We had booked two "deluxe rooms" in this hotel for two days,but when we arrived,the manager/Owner says we can't have deluxe rooms for the day and that he'd adjust us in other (lesser) rooms for the day and shift us to deluxe room on the next day,with a paltry refund of 280 rupees. On being asked why he gave away rooms which we had already paid for, he couldnt come up with valid reason. So we get demoted from deluxe rooms to lesser rooms without being given a proper rebate. We repeatedly asked him for the tariff for the rooms he allotted us but got no answer from him,as he kept speaking in rhetorics. Finally, we called up makemytrip(we got our bookings through the website) and asked for a complete refund,hearing which he got all worked up and made a few unfortunate remarks about my friend's english(imagine the manager of a hotel making nasty comments about a patron's English) and pushed me aside(I admit I was standing in the way,but I'm not entirely sure if I deserved being pushed aside by the hotel's manager). Anyways, the rooms are awful,and in desperate need of renovation, asking for clean sheets is like asking for beef in India ,and the blankets smell like theyve been stolen from homeless people.

Nice comfortable place to stay with family. private parking, park with swings and mall road location gives additional stars. biggest assets to the property is its Owner the lady is to polite and wise advisor. perfect for stay

I stayed in dis hotel for two nights wd my friend..||this hotel is very near to mall road mussorie..||parking space is good considering mountaneous terrain.||hotel staff is very co operative..||most of the rooms are hut shaped..||In room food service is gud..||Outside view is also gud..||||||I would recommend dis hotel fr budget travellers..
