Hotel Clark

Hotel Phone was not working. Toilet seat not fitted, lying loose on commode. WiFi not working. Very poor service. Hotel staff very rude and parking given for 1st day was given to other person on 2nd day.

Hotel was great. The staff was literally worst. Hygiene was not properly maintained. Owner was really cooperative and a very good guy but he was very busy and unavailable most of the time. Parking was a issue as there were limited parking slots... Money invested in interior of hotel like stairs and balcony could be seen in first glance itself. Main advantage is its location which is literally on main mall road. Although it was a decent experience.

The only thing good about this hotel is it's very convenient location. Rest everything is poor and poor. Food is totally uneatable. You can literally walk outside a few meters and get awesome food. I guess they are charging only because of their location and good views from the room on a clear day. Rooms as pointed out by others have hygiene issue. More clean and fresh towels needed.

This hotel is situated in mall road in mussoorie. Everything in this hotel is fine by me but the service of the hotel is not very good. The staff is busy doing their work so nobody cares much about the customers. Also the price is also overexerted. The food although is fine but not according to the price. The location is also enjoyable and environment is fresh too.

This hotel is located in a large and centrally placed impressive building known as The Exchange. It has a restaurant too. We found that interior and cleanliness in dining room was good. There was a lot of space and a clean toilet in the restaurant. However, the quality of food was not good and I suspect that Idlis served to us as breakfast were not fresh. The coconut chutney was tasteless and idlis had a lot of coconut pieces which I did not like. Sambhar etc were also not good despite price being high.

Rooms are good, service is good and food and rooms are hygienic and the view from the room is great specially no 11,13. Although problem of monkey is there but they have solution for that also. And the sitting area on 1st floor gives you a perfect view of Mall road.

0/10 Don't go their with family and friends. Hotel staff and Owner treat very badly with families and all. And they shown swimming pool, spa, wifi and other amenities on Make My Trip. but they have nothing facilities in their hotel. We booked 4 rooms (Deluxe Room) for 46k and owner provided us only 3 rooms (Normal Rooms). He was not telling us, when will get 4th room. Even they are charging high prices. After complaining on MMT he refused to give us all rooms and returned us from his hotel.

Misbehaving staff, very high price rooms with zero facility. No wifi, cracked wall, insects everywhere. Cockroches walking on your bed, smelling rooms, no power backup, tv without dth. Dharamshala is better than this hotel.
