Service is very nicee specially a waiter name JAYKANT SHIKRE. He was very nicee... All the waiter are good in naturee and the good of the resort is also veryy delicious..... Must try this resort this is bestttt

The hotel is located on the mall road but they charge for parking 500 rp. Which i dint like . There is no view from the room . The rooms were clean plus the bathroom.

Really had a great experience So much enjoyable place we really enjoy food & music & can spent whole evening here Behaviour of whole staff is so much cooperative LUV this place

Except location being in the middle of Mall Road, they have nothing Rooms and washroom are small, TV's are placed on corner and only one side person can watch easily for another side of the bed you can't see the TV properly else it will give you a headache Curtain instead of 3 or 4 are only 2 when complained they say sorry we can't to anything complain from where you have booked No water in washroom have to wait for 1 hour after complaint TVs not working properly It was my biggest mistake to stay here with my family I go there because I like the food in my last visit but looks except food they have zero experience of handling customer Staff members are very arrogant talk with bad language like they will throw the customer outside

We stayed in Sandoz Hotel Mussoorie and our experience was very good . Rooms are clean and well furnished along with balcony view towards Mall Road . Food was delicious. Perfect for everyone. Must recommended.
