Hotel Nand Palace

I recently stayed at Hotel Nand palace and faced several issues. The hotel management: 1. Charged extra fees without informing us. 2. Made unnecessary deductions from our bill. 3. Caused inconvenience to my family. Disappointing stay. Would not recommend.

Rooms are very dirty, bathrooms have spiders and black fungus under washbasin, remove pillow cover and u will find dirty pillow, same is true with beds...toilet sink does not work, other occupants complained geyser didn't work...if u call OYO call center, they will put your call in hold till you give up, standard response is their server not working to pull your record. Hotel staff is polite & they will ask politely to talk to Oyo for issues OR book somewhere else and they will charge only for duration of stay.

The hotel is a complete package in terms of food, stay, location from the main mall road and all the facilities. The staff members specially the cook and the receptionist were so friendly and respectful and they took care like home family. You cannot find another hotel in mussoorie in this budget and with those facilities. Just go for it.

Owesome place to stay in. Magnificent views and a very friendly and supportive staff with excellent service. Amazing mouth watering food. Small suggestion, contact the hotel person directly while booking, you will get great deal.

The room was not the same as shown in the pictures. They claimed to have sent the correct pictures to the OYO team, but they haven't updated them in the OYO app. The rooms were too cramped, and the bathroom had a foul smell with a poorly maintained tub and mug. The rooms were dirty with no maintenance, despite us paying a significant amount for them. I would strongly advise anyone reading my comment to book this hotel at their own risk. The only positive aspect was that the hotel staff was polite and helpful. That's the only good thing I can say about Savitri Nand Palace.

Whenever you visit Mussoorie I’d suggest this hotel. Staff are very polite and have helping nature, food is also good and price is also affordable. the best part about this hotel is that it is just 200m away from Mall Road.
