Hotel Apsara

Stayed here in Mussoorie for one night. Was able to secure a room in early June for under 4000 rupees - a rarity in the vicinity of Mall Road. Good value. Had a tasty biryani from the kitchen for lunch. Overall I'd recommend this is a good centrally located budget option.

I wish I could give 0 (zero) to this place. This is a pathetic hotel. The word hotel doesn't suits this place. This is a lodge. I was unfortunate that I got this as part of a holiday package from MakeMyTrip. I was hesitant to check-in but at night 9PM with no other place to go and the climate being adverse, I moved in. The rooms & bedsheets were dirty and unhygienic. The staff was rude. They claim to be a 3-Star hotel but they lack basic hotel services. They don't serve you breakfast. My stay was for 2 days but I checked-out of this 3 Star beauty immediately in the morning. A big NO from my side for anyone thinking about staying here. One of the cheapest hotel I have ever seen. Location is good but they don't have basic things. Wifi range is coming only on the ground floor, rooms are very small, showers not working, and it will give you the bad bad vibes. In the off season they don't provide any facilities like if you order food in afternoon, they will say that sorry the cook has gone. Food was good and the person serving was the only best person in thr hotel.

The person at the reception is very rude. Pathetic rooms and no basic amenities. They do not even provide you with mineral water even inspite of staying in a suite. On top of that the tv also had lines on its screen and was not functioning Properly. The person at the reception was over praising his property that everything is perfect. I hope at least they learn how to talk to a woman and learn some basic manners.

room as per the cost wast excellent.Having Great balcony view.Neat & clean Room. Staff was really helpful. we order food in the hotel itself. food quality was mouthwatering. Hotel is situated at mall road which is very near to the bus stop. only one thing they dont have wifi felicities for 2nd & above floor, but overall the stay was very pleasent.

I was stay at Last week in Hotel Apsara its family friendly Hotel. Rooms are good. Service is fast and view from hotel is very beautiful. I appreciate their amazing service.

Horrible staff! They talk very rudely esp the manager at reception. They give u shabby rooms and no amenities, the food is equally bad. I booked through Make my trip. MMT is a group of scammers and they operate hand in hand. Due to their poor behaviour, food and no help from MMT, i had to move out on my own and find a place in haridwar same day. They are bunch of unprofessional people and they wont refund. I didnt even stay for half day and paid for 2 days. Go at ur own risk. Women please stay away from such mannerless staff!! All other reviews are fake it seems

The management is very friendly, especially the manager Mr. Mohan Chandra. There was pram available for kids, and hookah for adults. The view is awesome. It is situated at the heart of mussoorie, the picture Palace. Mall road begins from here. You can get all the facilities easily at this hotel.
