A beautiful place with a panoramic view, Close to the mall Good food Approach road is steep like majority of the hotels here. But arrangements are made by the hotel people to pick or drop you down the road and so is not an issue.

Best hotel to stay in mussorie. You can view winterline from the room. F&B are just awesome.. The hotel is best to relax and enjoy sunrise & sunset from room..

We checked into this hotel for two days from 15th June till 17th June. the overall experience was average and not even worth for spending 5-6K per day and that too without breakfast. let me just get you brief review for this property which may help you decide during your bookings. Pros - - Location - hotel is 200m before The Mall Road - Bus Stand Side. you may choose to walk 5-7 mins and get the mall road vibes - Services and Staff - not all staff are cooperative. there are only 2 staff members which seems to be at par for your service. Mr.Sachin who help you in getting your car to hotel parking since the pathway upto the hotel is very steep and have 2 narrow turns. pls dont be overconfident in that case and handover your car to Sachin. One more staff who help in getting food orders. very humble and hardworking. he will not disappoint you and will take care of your food needs. Cons - - Reception - not helpful, since we had to wait for almost 2 hrs for getting our rooms. the man sitting behind the table doesnt have enough hotel management experience and lack out of most of the questions and services. many guest has complains which he was not able to resolve. - Room ameneties like - hand towels, toiteries were missing and provided upon regular followups - Room View - this hotel have 15 rooms, in which only 9 has balcony view. rest all are useless. - Despite of waiting for our rooms for 2 hrs, proper cleaning of washroom was not done and we followed up for the same. - Hotel doent have its own Kitchen and they have some 3rd-party agreement. the facility is inside hotel which serves you good food. but you need to order atleast 30-40 mins before. everything which includes ICE for your drinks has charges. - No welcome drink on arrival and since we had to wait, not even provided by complimentry tea/coffee to compensate - Owner of hotel resides along side of hotel but didnt even interacted with guests on their complains and feedbacks. overall, our stay was average. but since location was good, we find our ways to enjoy. if you are ready to spend 5-7k / day, you may get other hotel options which atleast invludes one time meal in the same cost. For Me, it will be a big NO for the next visit. Thanks :)

The rooms are so pathetic, not at all worth full to spend this much amount on this not even 1 star hotel .. The staff is so ruthless and the cleanliness is their least priority .. we had to make them change the bed covers n blankets but the new ones had the same condition. Not at all recommended hotel.

The location is super nice, the rooms are very neat, clean and maintained, service is good as well...food quality is good too... Only suggestion to the hotel is please don't charge for bone fire because as a guest everyone expects at least this to be provided by the hotel itself. I want to give 5...but due to this wrong charge i am stopping myself and giving you 4 stars. I hope you will work on this.
