Hotel Shilton Mussoorie

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very very bad service and their service is not price worth. Gyser is not working and cleanliness is poor , their bathtub is showpiece and manager is very rude.... Think before stat

They r looting on behalf of location and their facilities are poor.manager is very rude and Geyser is not working.I booked Mahraja room in 4500 but service was so poor that it is not worth for 1000.Bathtub is for showpiece....I don't recommend any one to stay here

Well, we booked this place quite out of the blue. The property is right adjacent to the Library on the main Mall Road. The property has ample space for your car. They provide a separate Dorm for your driver. The rooms are clean and most rooms provide an excellent view of the Valley and Dehradun. The staff is quite polite and friendly. They have excellent food and in-room dining services. All rooms are fitted with Electric Geysers, so there is no issue with hot water. The property gate opens right on the mall road, main taxi stand near the Library. Overall a pretty good experience. P.S the staff said they don't have booking online and they are not available on most online booking portals. We got a very great deal, since we were there on a weekday and on, off season.

Very very very bad service.. very rude and unprofessional registration counter person . They are always eating food even while booking rooms , looks very bad . And don't even allow you to park vehicle 1 minute above the checkout time !!

One of the best locations to stay..but we could feel bad smell of Cigarettes and smoking in rooms and bathrooms also all the time.And waiters were entering inside the room again and again without any permission. But the view from the room was very good.Mall road is just a few metres to this room where you can go shop,eat and njoy

Staff 's behaviour is not good not many room option if you are with 3-4 people (only option is to get 2 room for 4 people)

What a place to stay in mussorie ❤️. Located right at the end of the mall road. Absolutely loved it. The rooms are a bit small, but wouldnt complaint about it, as it is very cozy. The view of the hotel from outside doesnt do justice to the interiors of the hotel. They have beautiful corridors with magnificient sights and a very good restaurant and dining area. But the highlight of the hotel would definitely be their staff. The customer service is top notch. Very kind, well mannered and extremely happy staff who always have a smile on their face. The wifi was off for a few hours. That is the only negative that I had felt. Thanks for hosting us for 3 days! ❤️
