The property is very much on the mall road. Surrounded by lot of eating joints including Dominos. The rooms are ok. But the washrooms are closed and does not have exhaust. Rest if you talk about location, it is the best around. Staff is nice. Otherwise rooms are neat & clean.

Hotel staff is humble and kind, location of hotel is also good. They offered us early check in to us at no additional cost also provided us free parking whether other hotel have paid parking if you are staying near picture palace. Just wifi was an issue for us in basement and room need to be more clean.

Location of the hotel is very good. Rooms are just ok, service has to be improved, the hotel provides you car parking. Staff is cooperative. Reasonable price of rooms

Not really good ...Pentry or kitchen needs to be updated in the basement.Food served or ordered is not upto the mark as we ordered something and received something else.

It's one among the few hotels on the mall road which provides gated parking facility. It's location is a major plus point as it is very near to the exit point of Mall Road as well as entry point to the camel back road and just after one way road which makes it as a ideal choice if you are traveling by your own vehicle. However, you have to pay Mall road entry toll every time you enter mall road.||Another reason to choose this hotel is, it's surrounded by good veg & non veg restaurants, shopping centres, indoor sports and activities hub. You can spend your evening well if you roam around.||Coming to the hotel, it has 2 category rooms located in the ground floor along with the restaurant and some rooms are in basement. Basement rooms are recently renovated but still lacks ventilation. Ground floor rooms are very good.|Rooms are equipped with Queen size bed, cupboard and a LED TV. Bathrooms are hygenic and contains shower and western toilet. It has centralised hot water distribution system, which means you need to wait a lot to get hot water in your taps in specific time slot.||We didn't opt for much room service so I can't comment on that. However business with reception was pleasant.|I must say, this hotel does not offers any views from it's room. So, don't expect too much. It's one of the best budget hotel in the vicinity.

This hotel is one you would want to steer clear of. The staff is rude and pushy. Housekeeping and service are lousy at best! We booked two rooms through OYO. Firstly, their photos are majorly touched up. The walls are dirty. The towels are not properly washed and overused. They will almost try to extort money from you. Tried to charge us twice for the same item by billing it to both the rooms we took. And in a hill station, ZERO VIEWS. One positive thing- their location is quite convenient.

The stay was ok. Rooms could have been more clean. There was some personal or kitchen groceries were kept in almirah bottom space. Hot water geyser works really slow. In winter the room heater was chargeable. Bedding was also not so clean. Best part breakfast was served in bedroom.
