Treebo Stotrak S N Residency, Mussoorie

Although the rooms are good, the service is terrible. The hotel restaurant does not have items in stock and they have a huge menu but almost none are available. Complimentary breakfast doesn't have items which they themselves tell on asking. I liked the property but the service is just bad... If the service was good, I would have rated it 5 stars.

I stayed there for 2 nights. Friendly & Co-operative staff. Nice & Clean Luxury rooms. Amazing food menu with great taste. Mall Road at walkable distance of 10 minutes from Hotel giving relaxation from traffic jam. Great Car Parking Facility. Highly Recommended. Thanks Mr. ‘Rawat’ The Manager for managing hotel & its service delivery so well.

was thoroughly disappointed. The check-in process was chaotic and disorganized, taking far longer than expected. The room was not clean; there were stains on the carpet and dust on the surface. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

we stayed here for two days, the service and location is excellent... management is very supportive and staff members are very helpful. I prefer to stay here only during my upcoming visits. I strongly recommend this place.

It's was a pleasure staying at this place for me and my family . Absolute perfect services and picturesque views from the rooms. It's pet friendly and has enough space for your fur babies to roam around and enjoy .🐕 Aman Dogra at the reception well assisted and took care of all are requests. Even our late night delayed visit to their restaurant was taken care by Ayush. Delicious food ( almost homely😍) served . Staff is humble. Highly recommending this place for your next visit to Mussoorie .
