Hotel Sound Sleep

I recently stayed at Sound Sleep Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. A special thanks for their assistance in arranging a doctor for us promptly – it was a great relief and showcased their dedication to guest well-being. Rooms are in pathetic conditions. Damp everywhere. The owner is very rude and ill-behaved hence cannot be trusted at any cost. Old construction and not at all maintained. Located in awas vikas, near-by AIIMS. My experience was pathetic, he charged me 1000/- rupees 12 days ago, for booking a good room for me and finally when i reached the hotel at night 10:00, the owner alloted me the worst room And said "you will be shifted in a nicer room tomorrow" on which i said, "but i paid you advance money so that you book a nice room for me already", to which he said, "how much have you paid ? 1000/- rs ! It's not a big deal, anyways you're tired, you would be sleeping, so sleep in this room, i knew all this would happen, you've got a room as promised, sleep in it, there no other option". I left the hotel on the same night, searched another hotel near-by and shifted there. You can imagine the hassle I went through that night..

The hotel is situated in the main city, however is 15 minutes drive from the tourist destination. Best thing is the rooms are neat and clean. The balcony in the room were added beauty. ||The team on board here was helpful and courteous. Throughout my stay they had helped me in organizing trips and book my rafting experience. ||Amazing bunch of people and a lovely property.

Healthy and warm environment. Staff are polite and respectful. Room are clean and ambiance was delight and peaceful.well maintained washroom with western commodity, food served here were average in taste but high in price not worth the money only in point of food taste service it is average other then food everything were very much satisfying..

Pathetic customer service! Forget about AC working, these people don’t even provide soap, shampoo or any toiletries and don’t even have regular cook! They bring cook only when asked in advance! Seems more like a business transaction deal instead of hospitality service! Better spend 100-200 more and book another hotel!

It is a good villa turned in to hotel property, which is as gud as 3 star properties. Mattresses are clean n tidy, room service is good, and it will give u a comfortable feel. Apart from it must try if u are looking for a budget property.

Stayed from 11th November to 15th November in a ground floor room by choice. Room was big,clean having wardrobe,sofa side tables.No kettle. Ground floor room did not have natural light. Noise of construction during day time but at night SOUND SLEEP.Kitchen smells in lounge as kitchen near entrance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Every 5mt tuktuks available for triveni ghat and for AIIMS. I would recommend this property if you want to stay near AIIMS.( 5min by tuktuk and 20min walking )
