Ganga view is good. But no type of transportation is available. Therefore got in a huge trouble with our luggage. Behavior of stuff members is very bad and non cooperative. During check in time, they care for guests to some extent , but after check out they do not bother if u want any type of help. Even they denied to use washroom even after repeated requests. In a word, very bad experience during check out tine.

The hotel is located at the edge of Ram Jhula but it is on a market road which is not accessible by any mode of transport so each time you have to walk approx 1 KM one way to get any food, transport or to reach the city. Sometimes, with luggage and sometimes with other things you bought. It is a cumbersome exercise. Full market road is walk only road. Most importantly, the hotel doesn't have a lift and the hotel is situated on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building at the slope. So each time you need to climb 15 to 20 odd shaped stairs to get into the hotel. Therefore, it is only for young people. Elderly people can't walk so long and climb the staircase. It is noisy late at night as the market closes late and rooms are not sound proof. Early morning the same scenario repeats. The last point is price. Though service is very good and prompt but i found the rooms bit costly as you can get better location in same price. If above all doesn't bother you at all, then the hotel is a perfect fit for you.

Worst Hotel. Staffs are too non cooperative and unprofessional. They don't even changeb the blanket covers. Location is good but inconvenient too as you need to negotiate very steep steps to reach hotels. Cars are not accessible upto hotel gates. Staffs will not co-operate you to carry your luggages after you checked out.

If you are looking to stay right in front of Ram Jhula, this is the only option What's good 1. View of Ganga from balcony 2. Ram jhula during night looks amazing and just in front of you 3. Any time you want can cross the bridge and visit parmarth niketan, Chotiwala or other screen vendors 4. You will get auto to visit any part of Rishikesh right from here 5. Rooms are clean. Toilet is big and clean What's not that good 1. Expect no special service. No restaurant from the hotel 2. No parking. You have to park your car 500 it's away and walk down 3. Gets noisy even at late night as folks keep visiting Ram jhula 4. If you are looking for better hotel at the same price, you will get many Tip Choose rooms at the end 110 or 109

A budget/no frills hotel which was overpriced, might be due to weekend. There is no service as such to speak of apart from a decent room with clean washroom. Location is beautiful, just in front of Ram Jhula. Staff is ok. But downside is no parking facilities. Nearest parking is around half a km away and you will have to walk that distance with luggage. Or climb steep stairs to directly go towards main road. No in-house restaurant.

hidden hotel... very High charges as per the amenities... just like rented bad condition rooms. all the time you have to climb 2 floor that too with high stairs just like hill stairs... no food available at hotel.. no room service... almost pathetic and not worth the charges

Average hotel. Price was quite high considering weekend. Booked another hotel nearby for same price for another night and that was 100 times better than this. Positive is Location is right in front of jhula and view of Ganga is best from balcony. Only negative was price considering better hotels available nearby in same price.
