Hotel The Great Ganga

Very comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel is strategically located and is within walking distance of Ram jhula and other crossover points to the other side. The food was outstanding. Great value for money. Highly recommended one should opt for plan with Breakfast Lunch or Dinner.

Room clean and new. Room service is also good. Food at restaurant also good. Can have partial ganga view from balcony, because balcony is on right side of ganga. Hotel is on height of approx 3 floor and no lift, there us battery riksha service but many time not available and have to walk. So not suitable for people who can't climb.

Clean, relatively quiet, great breakfast, courteous staff, close to the chaos of Ram Jula but up and above the noise and bustle. Very clean. Use the little rickshaw provided by rhe hotel to get down to the main street. Evening restaurant meal has good light fare

One of the decent hotels to stay in Rishikesh with Ganga,river view from the balcony. Reasonably priced,clean rooms, good bath rooms with excellant shower pressure, helping staff. Their restaurant " Machaan" serves very tasty and fresh food. The taste of the poha, paratha were sooper|Highly recommend this place

Good location, just connected to main rishikesh-tapovan road, muni ki reti.||Hygiene and cleanliness well maintained. Food is also good.||Choose for stay but not for resort type activities.||Ram Jhula nearby. Parking available.||No challenges in check-in or checkout.

Excellent room service and house keeping! Rooms are neat , clean and beautiful view of Ganga river. Hotel staff is very courteous and knowledgeable! I stayed with my family for a few days and will plan another stay with Hotel the Great Ganga again.

While booking this I thought it was on the expensive side, but after spending my stay here, it was definitely worth it. Has a tuk tuk to take you from the road entrance to the reception gate since it's a steep ramp for elderly. It is directly on the road and has parking within the hotel. Located just 100m from Ram Jhula and 250m from Janeki setu, you can simply walk to the ghats from the entrance of the hotel on the road. Rooms were comfortable with a good view of the Ganga river with a balcony to enjoy the ambience. Great food, a mix of homely and delicious taste. Great service by the staff, had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Will revisit again in future.

Had fun , the services provided by the staff was satisfactory and they were very polite . The food provided by the hotel was also delicious and the location was superb
