The stay was good and the owner very cooperative. But quality of rooms, bedcovers a little below standard. Rooms are good and large. But unfortunately, ten thousand rupees from my friend 's suitcase was stolen while we were away. One of the employee behaviour was a little dubious. No food service available.

Best budget hotel in this rate. Food quality is awesome and rooms and toilet are also clean and comfortable. Hotel is close to ganga river and we can enjoy our evening at the bank of river. Don't miss the breakfast there puri bhazi with tea was awesome. Thanks oyo and hotel staff for this..

It's a very beautiful Oyo! Stayed there for a night, absolutely loved it. It's close to the rishikesh bus station. The service is also good. Rooms were amazing and beds were very comfy! Absolutely recommend this place. Morning breakfasts are also very homely.

It was my family trip and was travelling with kids and elderly people along with.I checked in late at night at 10 pm at the hotel and was holding 04 rooms.As soon as I entered the room I encountered with several issues like no lock in bathroom, TV not working, water dripping from A/C. The moment I pointed the issue out with management they started arguing that nothing can be done at this hour,if I want to leave I can vaccate the rooms and can go anywhere else. The manager was very abusive and was not ready to listen any concern. It seems they did a favour on us giving rooms to stay. The food was pathetic and the service was terrible. Before serving the food only they announced that kitchen is closed and have to eat whatever they will serve as our dinner was part of package. Did not serve the items as per commitment and told it is not there and do whatever you want. It was late at night and thus we can not do anything or else would have love to change the hotel seeing the response and behavior from the management. ||My suggestion to all travelers and readers not to opt for this hotel at any cost as they did not give respect to guest, do not treat well and will not listen the concern if raised any. The hotel is at isolated location and thus you can not do anything apart from regretting, if stayed.

Kailasha hotel is well maintained and good faculty staff. Neat and clean rooms . But food service are not available in this hotel so,its a big issue in this hotel .

Sheets are not new when check in, only changed after asked to. Smells damp and stuffy. Floor dirty. Toilet cleanliness average. Hot water takes time. Reception run by rugged guys. Staffs are just ok. Avoid this hotel unless last min/emergency
