Rooms are super clean. Small-small add ons in the room are also very delightful from their end. Please must visit in Rishikesh. Also this place is quiet and serene with Mountain View ✨

Worst hotel and worst staff specially the receptionist. I stayed in hotel with my family including kids the hotel doesnt have staff to handle the guests. Moreover the receptionist she took advantage of our tiredness and gave a broken drawer room and charge for 1500 and when we insisted that this was as it is and we would like to connect with manager , she pretend to be a manager. She even dont understand the basic english and she didnt give us the bill with mentioned GST which she said at the time of booking. At the time of check out she said her printer is not working when i ask over email then she said network issue , but she will give the bill on sometime over watspp and email.||Now after 24 hours when i call hotel she said i am off and we dont provide bill.||How ridiculous she is and the staf

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. We enjoyed the buffet meal very much.
