Scam at the ganges !|We had booked a 2br and 1br with Arjun who is a big scamster. Please beware.|First of all the property location is amazing and the hotel attached is also fabulous.|The apartments are owned by different owners and marketed by an Arjun Kumar.|He send me various options , videos and pictures while booking. I got his no from Google site.|I asked him for a terrace apartment and the other 1 bhk with ganga view. He told me that none of the 1bhk were ganga facing. Then when I did not make the reservation he said, that he had found a 1bhk ganga facing and will give it to us. I checked and rechecked with him to be sure and told him to send it on writing.|Which he did. Photo shared below.|A day before he sends pics of the 1 bhk apartment. Which was well appointed.|When we reached there it was entirely different apartment and when we tried calling him numerous times. He did not pick up the phone|For the 2 bhk a day prior he sends me pics of a non terrace apartment, when questioned he said that there was work going on outside the apartment. I told him we will see it for ourselves and decide.|His person directly checked us into the 2 bhk without terrace. When I called him and told him, his the person to took me to the terrace apt . There was no work going on there. Hence we shifted there.i told the house keeping to clean the apartment since it was dirty. And requested to arrange for a bon fire. Which he said he could arrange for rs. 2500. There were no mats outside or inside the bathroom. So requested for the same, I was given torn towel to serve as mats.|After 1 hr somebody comes to the apartment demanding balance money, and refusing to service us and threatened to disconnect our light and water. Our total amount was 52k for 2 nights, of which 33k had already been paid by us. Arjun also started threatening us, and told us to get out .|I told him to send me the invoice which never came. He is running a huge scam there. He is a goon, has taken money from us and treated us so badly. We paid the whole amount and did not receive any invoice.||We are filing a case against him with consumer court.|The apartment was so bad, there was broken glass top on the side tables .I hurt myself badly with the broken glass.|Do not book with this goon.

However, they offer clean & comfortable stay, and food is also nice but i had a bit bitter experience. They are charging quite a good amount but in my room there was electricity current problem meaking it unsafe, toilet seat hand faucet was leaking and making water all over the floor of bathroom and worst of all electronic card key lock malfunctioned which scared me for a while as my family was inside the room. if they fix all these, it is a fine hotel to stay which has a perfect location, right opposite to way to 'Lakshaman Jhula', which is about 1 km away and on the way numerous big, small shops of apperal, souvenir and food. And also rental scooter point on the corner.

this place deserves negative stars. We were booked into an apartment on a floor with full construction which was never disclosed and charged full price. We moved rooms to another wing to an apartment was absolutely filthy. Dirty towels. No hot water. No clean dishes. The floors weren't mopped. There are creepy men hanging around all over the property and for 2 women this was very unsettling. The entire process of moving took so long we missed our meeting and during the moving my partners shirt was ruined in the elevator with wet paint. When we complained we were yelled at by the manager that he "didn't know" about the construction in his own hotel.|...and that|somehow we must be accusing him of lying.|Unbelievable. To be treated in such a manor was appalling. My partner and I have travelled to more than 50 countries and have never been disrespected and treated so poorly at any property anywhere in the world. This hotel and the management are a disgrace. There are loads of other places to stay in Rishikesh so do not waste your time at this dump with poor and rude service.

All over everything was good....food, staff was good. Only hot water service should be changed as we didn't got hot water for bathing in such a cold climate....the milk which was provided was not at all fresh...it taste like tetra pack... I wud suggest to guest a fresh milk to avoid any sickness during their travelling 👍

I am here to lodge a report regarding unhygienic Restaurant at your hotel||||I booked 5 rooms as below details:-||Check in : 29 Sep 2024||Check out : 30 Sep 2024||No of rooms : 5||Booking name : Ms Premmika||||My group, as we are 10 pax checked in and during dinner, my guest saw a BIG RAT running from kitchen to the plates at the restaurant||||And again during breakfast all of us 10 pax, saw BIG RAT during our breakfast time, how could i answer my group seeing an unhygienic kitchen and restaurant. All the guests including children use the plates to have their breakfast. Dont you think it is poisonous?||I lodge complaints immediately and waited for your manager on duty to sort this out because my guests stopped eating breakfast the moment they saw the BIG RAT and i was with them too..But your manager did not turn up after almost for 1 hour waited for him, and we had to rush to Delhi as it was our departure day||||I am seeking and demanding on behalf of my guest a compensation for all of us 10 ppl THis is the request from my group..This is not a small matter, it is ISO FNB issues.||My group had few important business people follow the tour.||||Therefore i hope you could take this matter seriously and sort out their demand and solve the hygienic matter before any further actions taken personally by the customers||||I am as the tour leader often bring groups for Kedarnath Yatra..And i am looking into this as very serious UNHYGIENIC ISSUE OF YOUR BLISS GANGA HOTEL ||||Looking forward for your reply with good solutions||||Thank you and best regards

Disappointed! We stayed at the apartment (Aloha on the Ganges by Blissful) from 9th Sep to 12th Sep’24 and our experience was horrible. I booked the Apartment through their online representative Mr Arjun. When I arrived at the apartments, I have to made to wait for more than 40 minutes outside (under sun) the building for someone to receive from Apartment representative. The response of Mr Arjun was horrible & abusive. I must say that the serviced apartments had no service. ||After the 1st experience of worse type of welcome, we entered the room & found that floor are not cleaned. Towels / tea / etc weee provided after repeated follow-ups. One washing M/c has been provided in the room & used after consulting the attendant. To our surprise, the outlet of the washing machine was choked and the entire water from the washing machine overflowed on the floor making my luggage wet. |During my 3 days of stay, there were frequent power outages. Even though supply resumed with power back up, but a continuous alarm is sounded in the room till it’s manually switched off.|For everything you have to depend upon the attendants, but their response is very poor. |No senior official is physically available on the apartment. I brought these problems to the concerned person Mr Sachin ( as per the booklet), but he did not reported to meet me despite my follow ups. |A total waste of money and vacation. There was construction going on in adjacent apartment so it was dirt and too much noise. We were promised that it will stop but it was too much of disturbance and ruckus.|I wish we could reverse time and not go to Aloha Apartments by blissful.|Please don’t waste your time and money
