boy at reception was very arrogant, when we bargain with the boy and after a discussion we agreed then he refused to give room and pick up a fight along with his friends and gang up and beat us with his friends with belt and doesnt stop until one of us started bleeding from head owner should look after this and check cctv of this incident suggest not to visit this hotel

It's in a perfect location in rishikesh. Near lakshman jhula. The washroom is not clean. The water tab is in bad working and less pressure of water in the tab. They charge very high in season.. my experience is ok ok

Room service is fast and food is very tasty, location is excellent with views of both city streets and mountains. Room ac automatically goes to 27° which shouldn't be. Toiletries and towels could also be provided to make it deserve 9/10.

This is an average quality hotel at Badrinath Highway close to Lakshman jhula in Rishikesh. You may get better rate if you book directly by calling the hotel. Staff and food at restaurant is good but the quality of linens is poor and dirty. They must provide fresh linens.

We had to check-in at Hotel Om Shivaay Inn due to a frustrating fault of OYO Rooms by paying additional cost. The Manager and other staff are quite polite and friendly. Rooms are good, beds and linen are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. They have a restaurant too, but prefer to avoid eating here. Service is very slow and food is tasteless too. We didn't like the food quality here. Lack of staff is very evident here. I could see only 1 service staff in hotel and 1 in restaurant. Initially they said that room service is available, but when I wanted to order dinner in room, they denied service stating lack of staff. Look for other better places or prebook in MMT or Ibibo for cheaper rates. At all cost avoid OYO, none of the hotels in Rishikesh are taking bookings from OYO because they are not getting paid by OYO.

We stayed for a day. Maintenance was okay not that great. The room has no OYO kit which we usually get instead we got a local bath soap it smelled like Vim Bar and lot of mud in it. Not very happy with the experience

Value for money. Good stopover at Rishikesh for exploring the town or to start a trek. Proximity to cafes and Lakshman Jhoola.

If you are going to Rishikesh for adventure sports like rafting and bungee then this is good to stay place as its located on the very road that connects Rishikesh to location of these places. It's an OK hotel to stay. Room was quite spacious and clean. Bathroom was quite large and just about clean. Staff us courteous and friendly. One great thing about this hotel is view from back side gallery. Only when you go there you will realise how high is the hotel. Obviously Rishikesh is not a plain terrain and has lots of highs and lows. Hotel has attached restaurant and its just OK. If you are OK to explore in the morning then do not opt for breakfast here and instead try out other local joints.
