Hotel O Heritage Inn

Geyser( for hot water) is not working. Shower not working. Problems in tap( water tap). We were in double occupancy,but second towel not provided bcoz of scarcity. Bed covers and bed sheet are of maron colour , not getting confidence. @1100 it's not a good accommodation.

The room was dirty. All the furniture & plugs were broken. They charged extra money for 2 hours early check in but it was alrdy mentioned in Oyo that there is no need to pay anything extra for early check in, 2 hrs should be complimentary from the hotel side. But they still charged. Next time I won't book.. I had a bad experience with this hotel.

Worst stay ever. Whole booking hotel staff will be very sweet and when you enter the room he will be not listen to your any complaints. All Rooms have some or the other problems. Don’t stay here.

The quality of the service is pethethik. I have to wait more than 30minitues for check in though I booked it before from OYO. There isn't a single handwash in the bathroom. Fan sound really high and AC isn't working well.

My Byju's Interview was on 30th July (5pm) @ P.S. Srijan Techpark, Salt Lake Sector v, Kolkata . So I booked a room in Ashish Inn Hotel 🛏️ that is at walking distance. All staff members are very nice & Familiar here. Well maintained AC rooms are available here having free WiFi. I feel so much comfortable here . It was my nice experience ☺️

They actually took to another place which was not actually shown in the photos. Dirty toilet; foul smelling room; spider nets throughout the room; uncleaned bedsheets and pillow cover. It was pathetic experience although service people were nice

Worst behaviour. They cancelled my booking on the appearing day. At the same time they declined to accept the amount what oyo asked to pay. They demanding more money on phone. Rubbish area.

Best ever stay you can get there, hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and they provide room service also.
