"We had a wonderful experience here. The hotel was budget-friendly specially recommended for students.The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming specially Mr.Rehmaan , the room was clean and well-appointed, and the location was ideal. We especially appreciated how helpful they were as they helped us with purchasing food or essentials if we dont want to step out of the room. I would also like to mention that they let us leave our luggage after checkout for our convenience .We would definitely stay here again!"

We stayed there for three nights. Very cosy, neat, family accommodation. Whenever we reached out to staff to change linen, or any cleaning issue, they promptly responded and resolved issues to the satisfaction. The staff members were very cordial, and gentle in their dealing. Moreover, you get to stay in a prime neighborhood of Park street. One of the best eateries, Mezbaan, very close by, apart from other top-shots like, Mocambo, Peter Cat, Peter Hu? etc. All places of interest well connected by all means of transport. This is no paid review. I stayed here with my family from 26-29 Dec 2024. I would prefer staying here again on my next visit to Kolkata.

Very bad service... One lady steel setting at out side for 4hour.. staff are very bad... And also room not available... Goibibo booking can't refund.. Totally waste of money

Hotel is very nice and service is also good. Rehman a service boy is an excellent and good behaviour. We will recommend to visit here

All staff is very kind and mainly as I know one of them Rahman he is friendly, and very helping as well as if I talk about hotel the amenity Is very great the services are also good
