OYO 23690 Mandarmani Village Resort

Property manager is not at all professional don’t know how to behave with customers gist . it’s not beach side resort, you have to walk from resort to beach . They refused to provide lunch , according to him you have to order the food before you arrive there resort , I booked from oyo rooms , I can’t even spend 10min , we are so annoyed . And above all can’t get refund from oyo and there customer service fail to give positive reply or help on this matter.

Place is 1 km walking from beach. Totally mismarketed by oyo. At deserted locality with overpriced transportation. Geysers don't work in any room. Only 2 staffs so don't expect much services. The hotel is actually much more cheaper but overpriced by oyo. Oyo is to be blamed. Atleast promise what you can actually offer.

Think twice before booking this resort. Booked a room through oyo app and confirmed the same by calling the property manager got a call from the property manager on the day when we are going to check in that the transformer of that hotel had some issues and there is no electricity in the property enquired the same by calling from a different number and the property manager told that all the rooms are booked. Typical cheates Guys Book this property at your own risk.

Excellent management.. And the ambience is just awesome.. The rooms are large and well furnished.. Sea beach is just 5 mins far away..
