The Greens- Rooms on main road Near Chennai Central Railway Station

There are no complaints about the staff or service, but the rooms and bathrooms need to be maintained better. Specifically, they are masking odors with strong fragrances in the bathrooms instead of actually cleaning the floors and toilet bowls. The toilet bowls are stained yellow, and there is no ventilation. They must install exhaust fans in the bathroom windows to eliminate unwanted smells. Room service was good, but the room boys communication was poor. I paid ₹2190 through (MMT) for a standard double bed, but you can get the same room for ₹2000 if you book directly. While the price difference isn't significant, I don't understand why they encourage offline bookings over online ones, as the rates are essentially the same. You can book this hotel if you have business in Periyamet or the area surrounding the Central Railway Station without any doubt. Other hotels in this area have issues with the smell of urine on their exterior walls and poor service. My suggestion if they add breakfast option so it's very helpful.

Hotel Greens was situated nearby M.G.R.Chennai Central Station. Coming to the location of this hotel it was perfectly good like everything was nearby like egmore railway station, major metro stations and also the local railway stations along with various attractions. Next coming to the hotel staff they were very very friendly and always assist you with everything and helps you in pricing also. The most best thing was the cost it was completely cost-friendly and we can get both A/C and Non-A/c rooms at a very good cost. Next Coming to the service of the room there are enough staff in the hotel who will always come and assist you and help you with a single call. Rooms are also well maintained and the cleaning was also good and everything is hygienic. The reception was very aware regarding the people and this hotel is mostly family friendly. If you are planning to stay with family you can go for this. I highly recommend anyone who are looking for a budget Friendly stay in Chennai can go for it blindly.

I booked rooms in this hotel after an extensive search for decent and affordable rooms near Central Railway station. It was easily accessible by walk or auto also since it was by the main road. The rooms were absolutely neat and hot water was available throughout the day (since it was December, I had to ensure it for my aged parents). The staff service was heart warming and they made sure we had everything we needed like, kettle, coffee/tea essentials, soaps, etc. Free wifi was also provided. I have to say it was a good decision to go there. Thank you people.

I had a pleasant stay at Greens! Location is great pretty close to central and egmore stations. Property is bit old but everything is very clean and functioning well. Add to that is very courteous staff who helps us with any of our requests. Highly recommended budget stay in Chennai!

As a whole, the hotel is a great place to stay. Pros: The service provided is excellent and quick. - It offers us a smart TV, which is the best in this budget. - Exterior is awesome - The environment of room and hotel was given a positive vibe After this, My conclusion is that it is a good place to stay. It provides us with facilities and an excellent ambience at such a low price.

Rooms and bathrooms need to be maintained better, They are using strong fragrances in the bathrooms instead of cleaning the toilet. and there is no ventilation. Room service was good. They always active in all the times. They are telling like they are using metro water. But water came as black. They respond carelessly maybe the tank is not cleaned. They are reparing and drilling, all the time very noisy. You can't book online, they have confusion with the prices with the different fromt deck area persons. Mostly this area hotels act like if you need take it or leave. You can take better hotels with better prices in 2-3 km far from this. Don't go this area hotels until you have any urgent work in this locations. Cleaning is very poor in these hotels and if some hotels are scams if we call it will directly go to north india. pay money via booking.com only if you know the hotel. Some hotels were created and updated their reviews as a scam.

It's a decent hotel with family friendly but rooms conditions should be improve because of they tariff. Actually, they are allowing only double standard ac rooms in the online platforms but in the offline they have single and triple bed type rooms. I don't know why they forcing to offline bookings instead online. Because there is no much differents in the prices. I paid Rs. 2280 through booking.com but in the offline they charging Rs. 2000 per day so there is no munch difference. Coming to the rooms, the main door difficult to lock and in the bathroom there is no proper ventilation system. Night time air conditioner outer unit's coming huge noise even in the top floor ac unit also annoying you. So they needs to maintain the air conditioner noise system. Advantage is they have room service, that's all.

A perfect blend of affordability, cleanliness, and top-notch service! Stayed with family for 2 nights at just ₹2.7K AC room and it was worth every penny. Instead of online please try to book directly, before that just give a call. Because in online GST shows more, while direct vist booking charge is very less. Neat, hygienic rooms, seamless WiFi, and great food service, including morning tea & coffee. Despite being from a different state, communication was effortless. If 3 members they are providing extra bed- chargeable around Rs.200 to Rs. 250, sometimes negotiable . Their in-house transport (charged per km) was super convenient. 24/7 hot & cold water, lift facilities, and a prime location—close to Egmore, Central, and Murugan Idli Kadai (walkable distance). Ideal for both bachelors & families. Thank you so much for providing excellent service. Highly recommend!
