Esakki Empire

I recently stayed here for 11 days on a second visit but had absolutely no problem or issues at all. Essaki Empire is a fairly new property with clean and tastefully fitted out rooms. Everything from speedy wifi to hot water pressure to lighting and AC worked very well. Central metro and stations are within walking distance. The owner is a polite and helpful young man and very accomodating and hands on. On my experience i would recommend essaki empire without any hesitation.

Disappointed with My Stay I recently stayed, and I was thoroughly disappointed.The cleanliness was subpar, with visible stains on the bedding and an unpleasant odor in the room. The bathroom was outdated, and the shower barely worked—low water pressure and inconsistent temperatures made it a hassle. To make matters worse, the walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, making it hard to get a decent night’s sleep. The staff at the front desk seemed uninterested in addressing any of my concerns. When I brought up the issues, I was met with indifference and no resolution. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful Hotel! The room was perfect, very confortable bed, the shower was really nice. Everything was clean and new. And the most we like was how nice are the people working there. We arribe really late and they help us with the taxi and wait for us. Always with a smile trying to help and make your stay nicer. We would definitely come back.

Excellent ambience. Worthy for the money. The receptionist is such a nice guy. I was there for 2 days. One suggestion is to provide drinking water for free. They give only 1 bottle as compliment. If you want more, then need to pay.

Room is well maintained, neat and clean. Well lit rooms with dim lights to get you a good sleep. Karthik and the uncle were so nice throughout the stay. Keep it up

One of the best place to stay in Chennai it's around 1km from MGR central railway station. Property owner is down to earth and very friendly. He can also arrange the sight seeing package at affordable prices. Very clean and hygiene rooms.

Mixed Experience at Esakki Empire What we liked: The room itself was fine and met basic expectations. Hot water was available, which was a plus. The price was attractive, and the photos on Booking.com looked great (though they didn’t fully match reality). What we didn’t like: The WiFi didn’t work at all, despite being advertised. They didn’t accept Visa cards for payment, and there was no mention of this on the Booking page. We had to waste time looking for ATMs. The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive to any requests. We were given incorrect information about bus connections, which caused further inconvenience. Overall, the service was poor, and we felt unsupported throughout our stay. In summary, while the price and photos seemed appealing, the reality didn’t live up to expectations. We wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re okay with a lack of basic services and assistance.

Awesome experience in Esakki Empire. Staff members were very helpful. Hotel service as well safety were excellent. Room and washroom were superb. Really happy with Esakki Empire. 😊 Highly recommended.👍
