GREENS ELITE Rooms near Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central Railway Station

I was initially skeptical about the 4.9-star rating of this hotel, especially with over 1,000 reviews. From my experience, such high ratings are rare. However, the recent reviews seemed legitimate, and the reviewers' profiles looked genuine, so I decided to give it a try. Since we needed an early check-in, we called the hotel directly instead of booking online. From the phone interaction itself, I got a positive impression. When we arrived, the first thing they did was offer to show us the rooms before asking for payment—a thoughtful gesture. The rooms and toilets were squeaky clean, exceeding my expectations. We had booked a triple room, and everything was well-prepared. They provided high-quality toiletries (not the usual low-cost soaps), three new toothbrushes, shampoo, and, most importantly, clean towels. Although there were only two mugs for tea, they quickly provided an extra one when we asked, showcasing their prompt and excellent service. Their dealing with customers and room service was exceptional throughout our stay. While the hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant, there are plenty of good vegetarian and one non-vegetarian restaurant within walking distance. Additionally, it was raining during our stay, and since we hadn’t brought an umbrella, they kindly provided one for us when we went out for breakfast. Overall, I have only good things to say about this hotel. It’s rare to find such attention to detail, cleanliness, and customer service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay!

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 1 night on 19th October. I did not face any problem. The entire hotel staff was very cooperative. Room service was very good, any demand made was fulfilled within seconds. All the staff was very professional. When I check out, it was raining ,they even brought an umbrella to drop me to the taxi. I am giving them five stars. I will definitely visit this hotel again. The only thing I would like to say here is that the room I stayed in was not sound proof, you can hear the outside sound clearly inside, so it is also possible that the sound from your room would be audible outside as well.

The friendly and accommodating nature of the staff made my visit truly enjoyable. Special thanks are in order for Mani, Sriram, and Vijay, who were incredibly helpful from the moment I checked in until my departure. I particularly appreciate Mani's assistance with changing my room, which was handled swiftly and professionally. The support from Sriram and Vijay during the arrangements made my transition seamless. I would also like to extend my thanks to the smart receptionist whose name I unfortunately missed. The amenities in the room were excellent, including the locker, fridge, TV, AC, and a clean washroom equipped with an air dryer and 24-hour hot water. Everything contributed to a comfortable and pleasant experience. Overall, my stay at Greens Elite was wonderful, and I look forward to returning in the future. It is definitely not worth staying here because they charge you around ₹2500-₹2800. Per night. Instead, you can get some very good hotels nearby. Kindly check before you could make the booking because this hotel may have all five star reviews, but the reality is totally different from what the review says

Stayed here for the night as we had to catch our train early the next morning, the room we were given was G2 it had all the amenities AC, refrigerator, hair dryer, geyser, TV, proper wifi connection, dental kit, soaps, clean towels. This is our second time staying here and everything was as good as the last time we were here. Special mention: I thank Mr. Viswa I think he is the night manager here. We were in a hurry to catch our train that we left one of our bags in the auto that took us to the railway station, the auto driver ( God bless him abundantly ) took our bag back to the hotel and gave it to Mr. Viswa who called me up and said that the bag is with him I asked if he could send the bag to the station, he couldn't find anyone to help us so he himself came to the station within 5 minutes and I was able to take our bag from him. He didn't have to do anything he could have just kept the bag with him but no he took the extra initiative and came to the station to give me our bag🙏 Thank you so much Mr viswa 🙏🙏and may God bless you with good health and happiness and prosperity 🙏🙏🙏

Rooms are absolutely Perfect in terms of Cleanliness, Space and Ambience. Staff is very friendly and respectful. Pics you can see are Real . Just by closing eyes you can book this hotel. Thank you Greens Elite.
