New Annapoorna Residency -A/C Lodge in Tiruvannamalai RajaGopuram

Stayed on 15th March 2025 for a price of 2.5k. Pros: 1. Very close to Rajagopuram (around 250m), making it easy to start the Girivalam. 2. Check-in is available at any time, and checkout is within 24 hours. 3. There is a restaurant on the ground floor offering decent food at reasonable prices.. Cons: 1. Rooms are okay, but the toilet is not properly maintained. 2. Towels and toiletries are not provided, so it felt like the cost was high. 3. The hotel needs to be booked through a phone call only with owner . There is no proper communication between the owner and the manager. We have to call the owner to discuss everything, while the manager only handles room boy duties. 4. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe in this hotel, except for the lack of coordination between the manager and the owner. 5. The rooms are not soundproof, and there is a lot of noise at night. 6. No lifts, so not recommended for elders.

I had a fantastic stay at New Annapoorna Residency.The staff were exceptionally courteous and displayed excellent communication throughout my visit. From the front desk to the everyone was polite and attentive. They promptly answered all my questions and provided helpful recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to my next stay.

We stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was calm and cooperative. The location is right next to the temple's Raja Gopuram. Points to note: There is no lift; you have to take the stairs to reach the second floor. The check-in time is 12 PM, and the stay duration is 24 hours. Even if you check in at 8 PM, you still need to check out by 12 PM the next day. If you wish to stay longer, you will need to pay extra. During my visit, they charged ₹2000 per day. Sometimes, the A/C switch (located near the reception) is turned off. So, check it when you go to your room

It's a pleasure to stay at this place. The way management showed the response towards the customers was magnificent. No worries for searching rooms near Temple premises .Any time just call the reception for availability of rooms . Personally I have to mention the owner and the manager for their response in tough situation. Tq.

Rooms located in 2nd floor with no lift. Elders have to climb stairs with much difficulty. Toilet was not cleaned. And smell very bad.rooms were not spacious.only advantage is it location nearest to temple and restaurants.cudnt book thru online. Had to book directly.overall experience is budget friendly hotel with no amenities
