NillThis was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What started off as a seemingly decent booking turned out to be a complete fraud. They quoted one price when I checked in, and then increased it the very next day without explanation. It felt like a bait-and-switch scam. The room was disgusting — not just outdated, but downright filthy. There was a gut-wrenching smell that made it almost unbearable to stay inside. The bathroom was especially bad: the lights were so dim it was like using a candle, and the floor was incredibly slippery — a serious safety hazard. Rust and mold were everywhere, making the entire place feel unsanitary and neglected. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. It’s not worth your money, your time, or your health.

NillIt was a horrible experience we had tonight. We slept off late and woke up at 3 am scratching ourselves just to realize that there were bed bugs all over us. We got bitten very badly and when we shared it to one of the staff he used hit spray over it. Doesn't he know that it requires proper pesticides to kill them? And the bed needs to be changed as there were too many. We sat out of our room when they did nothing about it. When we asked for a room change he told there weren't any vacant rooms. So we asked for a refund because the sole purpose of getting a room was to sleep as we had a long 14 km walk. He said that he can't give a refund. We just had to wait outside where our whole body ached. The staff was completely arrogant and they were talking back at us not even apologising to us. They stated that they already knew about the bugs but did nothing to get rid of them. The guy who sprayed hit on the insects told his superior that there weren't any bugs. What a lie he said. The owner didn't answer our calls and completely ignored us. He also blocked our number. It was 7am when he gave us another room after a long wait. We paid extra for an extra bed which we didn't get at night. It was the worst hotel we ever visited. Avoid this hotel at any cost if u want a peaceful stay at Arunachalam

NillHorrifying Experience – Bed Bugs in Both Rooms! I checked into this hotel and was shocked to find bed bugs in both rooms I was given. After complaining late at night, the staff sprayed a can of HIT (an insect spray), which did absolutely nothing. There was no proper solution offered — no refund, no room replacement, and no apology. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and completely unresponsive to our concerns. We were left sitting in the reception area the entire night, sleep-deprived and distressed. The bites, the discomfort, and the lack of accountability made this the worst hotel experience I've ever had. This place is a serious health hazard and clearly lacks basic hospitality standards. Avoid at all costs.

NillWe used to prefer this hotel as it is close to the temple. However, the staff have lost all respect to customers recently. We were charged high price and the room was not maintained good. There is a leaky tap in the bedroom that produced continuous noise. No hot water in bathroom and water was cold at all times of the day. Reception phone does not work and if you go to reception and complain no one comes back to the room to solve the issue. Staff were rude to me when I complained about all this. Fully disappointed.

NillI previously stayed at this hotel on May 27, 2022, and had a pleasant experience. Based on that, I decided to return on March 31, 2025, but unfortunately, my experience this time was deeply disappointing. There was no hot water, and despite multiple attempts to contact the staff, no one answered our calls. Only one electrical outlet was functional, adding to the inconvenience. Moreover, while we were away for Giri Pradakshina, we were shocked to find upon our return that someone had entered our room—the air conditioning and television had been turned on. This raised serious concerns about security and guest privacy. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel. For the same price, you can find far better accommodations nearby. Consider this only as a last option.

NillDon't trust positive reviews, because they all paid reviews... You will get worst experience with management behaviour..They treat you in such a way that they are giving accommodation for free of cost.. Too much cost for smallroom and limited amenities. It's ok if you want money but why you treat pilgrims in a nasty way.. God is watching everything man.

NillRoom is very close to the temple, but behaviour of staff is very negligent. Despite several calls for room service, no boy is in availability. Room price is also equal to star hotel. No food is available in the premises of property. The managment is irresponsible towards customers. Think once before booking the room.

NillThe location of this hotel is very close to the temple. Have visited this place 2 or 3 times previously (top floor rooms) and had good stays. But this time we got an exactly opposite experience . We got a ground floor room which was small & less clean as compared to the top floor rooms. The bed was full of small insects and Sleep got disturbed by insect bites. The overall experience was very bad.
