We stayed here 2nights with our group of 6couples in 6rooms. Adjacent to the river Lidder, this is a beautiful property and gives a feel of having a private spot on the river bank, quite unlike many hotels in the main road as they don't have easy access to the river which we had and we made most of it during our stay. Food options are limited but tasty, service is good. The best experience is from the most courteous and humble staff - front desk, room upkeep, restaurant, check-in and check-out. Also this resort is close to the rafting point on Lidder, so just enjoy and relax.

Perfect place to chill in chilly weather, near to rafting point in pahalgam, have beautiful view of river and riverside is 2 min walkable from resort. food is the best and staff is really sweet and helpful. we had 1 night stay here. breakfast is with view of river. with big groups u can have bonfire outside too

We stayed here when we were in Pahalgam during our recent trip to Kashmir. First of all, don't rely on google maps for this hotel as it takes you to the wrong location. The hotel is located near the rafting point on the road which heads from Pahalgam to Anantnag around 7 kms from Pahalgam. The property is beautifully located right on the banks of the river and on normal days I believe you can even take a swim in the river. Unfortunately when we visited in the month of July, it was raining and the river flow was very fast. The rooms are large and spacious and give a wonderful view. For our room, we faced issues with bathroom lights and also hot water. We stayed here for only 1 night but didn't have hot water on both days. As per the hotel staff the geyser is centrally located and they were facing electricity issues that day. Again we stayed on MAP package and both the breakfast and dinner were amazing. Here both are served more in an ala carte way than a buffet. The lunch that we ordered on the day we arrived however was strictly passable. Overall we liked our stay here, but if you plan to stay here just remember that it's around 7kms away from the main Pahalgam market. Bonus - There is a restaurant within 200m from the hotel that serves Vada Pav.

The worst resort I have ever stayed.. No room heater, Food was tasteless and unhygienic, service was worst. Too much power cut and bed heater not working. If you need extra bed then they will just give you a extra metress without bed.. Really pathetic.. I would not recommend this to anyone

The worst resort I have ever stayed.. Food was tasteless and unhygienic, service was worst. You keep on calling help desk but no one will pick call and you have to go to the desk. No gyser in any room and too much power cut.. The hotel is in outskirts and they will not provide lunch. If you need extra bed then they will just give you a extra metress without bed.. Really pathetic.. I would not recommend this to anyone

Such a great trip we had, wonderful stay at river view resort, friendly staff, well behaved.. superb food quality in every aspect..Manager showkat Wani such a great and professional person.. thanku shoukat sahab for your great hospitality

Very well maintained , clean and proper size room. Behavior of hotel staff was good...But need to change diiner time...it's near about 8.30....

hotel staff was nice and helpful Bedsheets were not cleaned, Only bathroom was cleaned when we entered room.
