Sea Star Beach Homes

On my unplanned trip I got room around 3am. We tried call multiple resorts owner during that time.no one was answering. But Sea star beach home owner picked our phone and give us nice room. Thanks you very much

The location was apt.. it was on beach road, right opposite to beach was the property. The rooms in first floor had a good view of the beach from the balcony. Now about the rooms, it was average .. especially the non ac ones. There was zero maintenance done. Windows do not have grills so you are expected to keep them open for good ventilation. Some bathroom did not even have windows causing bad smell inside room .. rooms were large enough but not a great one ..it was just an average room. No tv, lights were quiet dim and fan was also average speed.. we were dead with humidity and heat..If intent is to stay a day and just enjoy the beach this is fine. If intent is to relax and spend time in property as well probably not great idea. There are no room services at all. They give one bottle drinking water when we take the room and that's it. There after no room service, no tea no breakfast..you can explore the nearby restaurants and eat what you want.. that way you have ample options outside.

We went night 11 o clo with wife and child, we were discussed earlier with 2 rooms 2500 rupees , he agreed and after reaching the room , he said 2500 per room, then we decided to move out , finally he give room for 2500 another location, But rooms are not clean and blood stains in the window curtain

Resort it is vary beautiful. The environment is wonderful and staff Here are amazing and garden hous here is just owo and the food here starting from the spa here vary good. Room cost is vary low. Within the cost. This resort has its own Hotel. Here starting from sea food. Karala food. Chinese food all available. A beautiful place to visit with family and friends. Just beach view owo. The location of this resort is karala. Kochi cherai main beach parking opp. Munambam road. Both Ac and non Ac rooms are available.

Rooms are out of maintenance with zero hygiene. So not worth the price. Horrible stay.

The location is excellent as it is situated right before the Cherai beach. The rooms are decent and there is no food available. Even for a tea or coffee you have to go outside. My experience with the care taker is not that great. Before booking she said one price and while making payment i.e. after we kept all our luggage and settled, she increased the price and she started arguing that she didn't say any other price. Lots of mosquito were there inside the room and the rooms were bit bad smell. The pillows were not that clean.

Best part of this hotel is its location, right on beach. You can get a sea view AC room which are almost double price to non AC rooms. One thing to be cautious is to ensure that you are booking an AC room if you want one coz when I booked I thought I had booked AC room but when I reached there, the staff asked extra money for AC room. so be careful about this thing. Staff are good, there is small car parking but safe Rooms are spacious, they didnt had mosquito repellent in rooms so ensure you ask one from them. I couldnt sleep because of mosquitoes.

We had a very comfortable stay for few nights here. There were minor issues with the amenities but the owner were very proative in resolving the issues. Will definitely recommend this place to those looking for a reliable and comfortable place in this location.
