On the positive side, the hotel's location is fantastic ,Additionally, the room was truly amazing—spacious, well-decorated.The comfort and ambiance of the room made my stay very enjoyable. unfortunately, my experience with the dining options was quite disappointing.The variety of dishes offered was extremely limited, leaving us with very few appealing options to choose from.And finally There was a significant communication gap between the server and me. It was often difficult to convey my preferences and requests, leading to misunderstandings and frustration.

A Disappointing Stay at Sea Lagoon Resort: Our Experience When choosing a resort for a getaway, expectations naturally run high, especially when it’s marketed as a premium property. Unfortunately, our stay at Sea Lagoon Resort turned out to be far from satisfactory What Went Wrong? 1. Overpriced and Underwhelming Food Dining at the resort was a major letdown. The food was not only overpriced but also failed to meet basic quality expectations. 2. Mosquito Menace Our room was infested with mosquitoes, and the resort took no proactive measures to address this issue. Basic provisions like mosquito nets, repellents, or mosquito bats were conspicuously absent, making our stay highly uncomfortable. 3. Not Kid-Friendly The property lacked indoor games, a play area, or even a small park to keep kids engaged. 4. Resort Classification Misleading Considering the property’s size and limited facilities, it.can't be classified as a resort. What Went Well? Despite the negatives, a few positives stood out during our stay: 1. Great Location 2. Good Pool 3. Helpful Staff Final Thoughts Overpriced and doesn't fall under the category of resorts

want to be in the middle of a beautiful lake and a Seashore… then this is for you… visited 2 times and had very pleasant stay… This is the best place for hangout for family and friends. The staffs are incredibly cool and pleasant and very cooperative. .. you can enjoy the taste of fresh seafood…

A very nice property and well kept. They have these beautiful rooms made from wood. The beds are cosy but mattress requires replacement. The bed linen is fresh, clean and crisp. Washroom linen requires attention. You have adequate supply of duvet in case you require extra. Though they have a full fledged kitchen , F&B service requires attention. There is no supervision and I could see most of the guests complaining about delay in service. A F&B manager is definitely required here to improve upon the services and enhancing guest experience. Another sore point is water supply in rooms. I had to call up all the times about non supply of hot water. Once you call hot water will come. Wonder if they stop hot water supply and will release only when you call. There is parking place within premises but can accommodate about 10 cars. Front office is very responsive and active. Will attend to your needs immediately. F&B staff are also very nice and polite and helpful. Looks like they are overworked and understaffed. The ambiance of the property is excellent and well kept. They have a swimming pool overlooking by all rooms. The property is flanked by the lagoon on one side and Arabian Sea on the other side. You just cross the road and you are at the beach. They have a private area on the beach. food is just Okay. Property needs a proper supervision which I feel is lacking. Guests are at the mercy of junior staff who unfortunately don’t know how to handle a situation. The rooms have a very poor soundproofing. Next room voices can be heard easily. Not a good situation if you have noisy guests next door.

The good: The rooms were very clean and the staff were very pleasant. Not advertised when booking but, we had a stunning view of the lake The bad: They have a large room service menu which they can’t make half off, the pool is not filled fully, loads of mosquitoes (but their fault) but no nets over the bed, the shower pressure would change/ hot water but not too bad

Pros: Excellent location, clean rooms and most important friendly staffs. Every one were good. Good food in the restaurant for dinner Cons: The swimming pool needs immediate maintenance. 3 of us got injured due to the broken tiles Breakfast options are quite less

I recently stayed at the Sea Lagoon Resort , and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While the location is picturesque, the service and overall experience were below par. Service: The staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive to guest needs. Basic requests took an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed. Food Quality: The food served at the restaurant was average at best and overpriced for the quality provided. Amenities: Despite being a premium resort, several amenities were either non-functional or poorly maintained. This added to the frustration. For the price paid, I expected a much better level of hospitality and maintenance. It’s unfortunate because the property has potential, but the lack of attention to detail and guest satisfaction is evident.

I have booked a room in this resort at Rs: 4500/- by seeing infinity pool photos on website. On check in they said the access will be from 4 pm then it extended to 6pm thereafter they cancelled it. When i asked for refund for pool amenities, manager said they charge 250/- per head for pool from outsiders also. The complementary breakfast was also limited items So i recommend to access pool facilities on only Rs: 250/-
