This is an old property which can be maintained better. The rooms are clean and tidy but not maintained. Looks like they are never painted or polished since years. The staffs were courteous and understanding. Will visit again for the wonderful location of the resort. The parking and accessibilities are good.

Wonderful place, excellent location between beach and backwater. Nice premises, spacious, well maintained pool. Excellent food!!! We didn’t know how room service worked- single items like tea or towels were only replaced on request at the reception.|Ideal place to wind down, relax and ease your morning nd amd soul.

The property boasts a fantastic location, but it desperately needs improvements. There hasn't been any renovation in over five years, and most rooms are in poor condition. The food is a standout feature, but it's one of the few positive aspects of the resort. Be cautious of the photos you see online—they're outdated, taken three to four years ago, and don't accurately reflect the current state of the resort. The staff are very cooperative and helpful, but unfortunately, the owners or investors have neglected maintenance. Foreign guests often feel deceived upon arrival and end up leaving with a negative impression of Kerala and its tourism.

I went along with my friends and kids based on their catalogue pics. The location is just superb, breath taking view especially the sunset view which could be spotted from the cottages or just by 500 m walk to beach right opposite to this resort. It's wonderful area to spent with family or as solo. 💯 recommended and reasonable. They have good food spots around too. While booking just confirm the current room pics with the concerned resort .

Terrible Experience!! This resort is very old and poorly maintained. It looks more like a lodge. There were mosquitoes all night, the quilt was torn, and the bed sank on both sides, causing back pain. There is no maintenance at all. Don't fall for the photo. Definitely not worth the stay.

Cherai Beach Resort is a fantastic choice for those seeking a budgeted private pool villa in Kochi. The property is large, with spacious villas and a huge common pool perfect for families or solo travelers. The unique location offers access to both the beach and backwaters, giving you the best of both.|The authentic Kerala Ayurvedic spa adds a special touch to the experience. The manager, Nazil, was extremely helpful, and the attentive and caring staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.|For a peaceful yet affordable luxury getaway in Kochi, Cherai Beach Resort is highly recommended.||Please note The photos that are displayed are old. The rooms are pretty old and overall maintenance is required but again for the price and the serene silence of the property, totally worth it

Cherai Beach Resort in Kochin is an absolute gem! The resort is beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and luxurious retreat surrounded by nature. The property is vast, with lush greenery, clean pathways, and well-kept gardens that create a serene atmosphere. The proximity to the beach is a major highlight—just a short walk across the road, and you're on the beautiful Cherai Beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the resort offers excellent facilities like a pool and relaxing spa services. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Large parking is available, making it convenient for those traveling by car. Cherai Beach Resort is truly the best place to stay if you want to enjoy the beach and nature while being pampered with great food and services. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation!

Old and nice ambiance for staying but the rooms are not worth the price. Full of mosquitoes in the morning. The swimming pool is so nice and very large. Lots of area to walk and explore, and food is too good.
