Tide End Heritage Beach Resort

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from their staff. One of their staff members named Chinchu promised to provide us with a booking, but after that, there was complete radio silence. No follow-up, no confirmation, and no response to our inquiries. This lack of professionalism and reliability is unacceptable, especially from a resort that promises to deliver exceptional customer service. It's not only frustrating but also a waste of our time. I would caution others to be wary of making bookings with this resort, as their staff may not follow through on their commitments.

They have given confirmation for booking and have asked for advance payment..while asking for payment QR they said they have given the property for other person..Very irresponsible and irritating as we have planned something for a day and we need to cancel this as they have informed this on the last day.

We have to cancel our plans because of this team as they have cancelled our booking just few days before our stay. The staff Chinchu has done this irresponsibility

The view to the sea from here is awesome.... Book the upper balcony view room for that. The room was nice and clean.... The sea view from the balcony was beautiful.... The nearby hut had a good vibe.... Upstairs there is a space for small parties and other things.... It was not so clean there.... The specialty of this resort is that it is close to the sea and has a direct view to the sea.... It is a good spot to come with family or friends and enjoy the beauty of the sea.... We didn't like the breakfast.... Taste wise breakfast was poor.... Parking facility is barely two cars....

Stay and locality were so good . Service was good . We can even park 2 cars inside gate and beds were so comfortable and totally 4 rooms with a roof top dining area . About a minor issue : the door locks for rooms and bathrooms were little rusty , other than that an overall satisfying place .

One of the best property near Munambam Beach in this price range, Sunset from the elevated Beach hut is mesmerizing. Service provided really heartwarming. Always available with pleasant attitude. Thank you Fostin. Note : No restaurant in the property. But lots of seafood restaurants available nearby (must try Shivettende Kada)

One of the favorite hotels I stayed! We were warmly welcomed by the resort crew. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the resort manager Faustin deserves a special thanks. Beach friendly property!
