Pros 1. Excellent View on the sea facing rooms - glass equipped with great light etc. - take them if available. Worth the additional price! 2. Friendly homely staff. 3. Good ayurvedic massages 4. Good common area - very refreshing, breezy and well done. 5. Location from Cherai beach is not far or near (not walkable for everyone - need an Uber and they aren't available easily) Cons: 1. Splash pool not very well maintained 2. Very average dining area except the view which is great. 3. Highly understaffed - I felt sorry for the 3-4 guys 4. Lazy and slow kitchen. 5. No liquor license. If you're carrying, drink in your room 6. Very poor breakfast spread - they really need to spruce that up - often runs out of food. Don't expect anything beyond the basics.

property location is great. I paid 12k for one night stay but it was not worth it.Breakfast buffet was huge let down . There were no hot water . swimming pool water was tasting salty. there were frequent power cuts.

Nice beachfront resort . The views from upper decks & rooms are amazing . Their breakfast & food was ok . Not the best compare to their room rates . There is nearby restaurant less than one km away offer tasty sea food .

I visited this resort as family . First of all , let’s be honest the photos shared does not do justice to the place now ( once it was like that ) . But now the sea is closer and there is no beach in front of. The waves strikes the rock wall and gets spilled over . So you may not expect the beach view . But overall the experience was good . Rooms , even though the doors gets sealed water sprinkles , they maintained it well inside . They even had to move the reception room because of sea tide ( we cannot blame the hotel and staff for nature uncertainty) . But the balcony view and the pool is amazing . Food is good ( don’t expect many options ) . Staff are very polite and understanding ( even though they try their best to maintain the property and guest ) . Overall the view and the experience will exceed your expectation . Like I mentioned before they are facing challenges from nature so the property is not as good looking as it’s seen in picture . Maybe it will be better in future ( natures decision) .

It's not even worth half of amount they are charging. There is no space to walk even except small terrace. Food choices are very limited options and even kitchen timings was restricted. swimming pool was dirty with kitechen water dispensed to it as shown in photo. Rooms were very basic and beds were not comfortable.

We stayed in the resort last week. It was wonderful experience, very good ambiance, great location. Staff very friendly, Shakhil in particular. Delicious food and excellent service. Excellent experience in total…

Very good ambience the sounds of the sea and the waves are very relaxing. Room facilities especially the toiletries are bad. For the price we pay it feels like u r cheated The management can take some steps to improve it. Food again bad. For coffee lovers please don't drink coffee. It is really worst. Very minimal option in the so called complimentary breakfast. The way it is displayed itself makes you sickening. If the sea views are the only priority one can choose it. Otherwise you have to think twice.

It was an unforgettable family vacation. We really liked everything, convenient location, quiet, peace where you can just relax and gain strength. There is a descent to the sea and there is also a swimming pool. You can visit an Auervedic massage. You can go for a ride on a water scooter. The staff is very friendly and will always help. We will try to come again to this wonderful place.
