Good place and Good service as per your requirements. Pool facility is apt for kids too. Both traditional and contemporary rooms available with pretty decent washroom facilities. Property is near to a waterbody, where shore areas are lightened up during night hours gives a perfect night stay experience.

We had been there with friends for a vacation .The room service were top class. Food has to be ordered prior. The WiFi coverage was good. The balcony/hall on the top floors was big enough and has a splendid views to the lake .good service budget friendly .Nice aesthetic with a beautiful indoor view.Great location,the pool is good food was good. Rooms and services are fine.some rooms have great view.Its a peaceful place and can accommodate a very big group.

Stayed there with my friends for a birthday occasion. Had a memorable time there. Service was too good. When about the ambience it's much appreciated, & we had a good space. Could have maintained a little more. There is a separate space for dining space that is very convenient & cool. Also there are few calm places to sit & relax.

Very bad experience we had at the resort last week. They were not allowing us to use any facility. They were scolding us for using the swimming pool. We were a family of 5 people. Rooms were very dirty and toilets were not cleaned. The care taker was full time drunk. No restaurant at the resort and no good restaurants near the resort. Finally when we were leaving the resort the owner of the resort demanded rs.2500 extra saying that we had an additional child with us. They are fraud. Please avoid this resort.

We had an excellent five-star experience here. An awesome hotel having great ambience and excellent service. The rooms was spacious, The host was friendly and very helpfull. We had lots of fun in the infinity swimming pool which was neat and clean as well as compaping other resorts nearby. I think this is the best decision, I made words can't describe the experience I had here will definitely visit again.

We were a family of 10+ people. It was very pleasant stay. They had asked about our food preferences a few days back and it was good too. Would recommend this stay to people who are looking for a small resort stay nearby Thattekkad. Don't miss the early morning kayaking in Inchathotty.

Location is pretty good, near a paddy field and surrounded by nature. The paddy field is full of different type of water birds. However the field itself is not easily accessible from the property. The property has a few kerala Heritage type cottages and a modern structure as well. Room sizes are okayish considering the Heritage nature of the cottages. Pool is medium sized with a kids pool as well. Water quality was average. That's about the good things. The property's back wall is shared by a home and they have livestock including buffaloes, poultry etc. The stink of animal waste was felt even inside rooms inside the resort throughout, which was quite unbearable. This may not be much of a problem in rooms near to swimming pool though. The property and grounds itself is badly maintained. Maintenance is badly needed inside rooms and bathrooms. Cleanliness was below average. Spider webs and dust accumulated could be seen in window panes and sills. We could even see uncleared waste in dustbin in one of the rooms, when we checked in. Grounds are not maintained well either, with many of the amenities including a watchtower type tree house in dirty unusable condition. Food is not cooked in the property however they provide if you inform prior to arrival. The food itself is not bad but nothing to write home about. There was no hot water available in any of the rooms we occupied, which they had failed to inform in advance. Considering it's a budget property, the lack certain amenities is acceptable but they have failed to keep whatever they have in good condition. Also they could have a lesson or two on how to handle guests and make guest feel welcome. Overall, won't visit, won't recommend.
