The ambiance, food, and service were excellent! The entire staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The pool was well-maintained and added to the overall experience. It's a happy, neat, and well-kept place—highly recommended! A big thank you to the team for their outstanding service. Both the front desk and kitchen staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The only suggestion would be to address the issue of mosquitoes. Rest all good.. Would love to visit again.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel in Kovalam with my family, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, being very close to the stunning beaches, which made my trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The service provided by the hotel was outstanding. The staff were not only polite and humble but also exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast served was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit all tastes. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and designed for comfort. Another highlight was the swimming pool, which was very clean and provided a refreshing experience. The hotel also went above and beyond to make my sister’s birthday extra special. They beautifully decorated the room and arranged for a delicious cake, which added a personal and memorable touch to our stay. Overall, this hotel truly stands out for its excellent hospitality and thoughtful gestures. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Kovalam. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy a memorable vacation!

Worst service ever. Hotel staff don’t even bath and smells very bad. They don’t provide drinking water. They say go and fill yourself they don’t have time. They will give you the room that they want to give you and will say that this is the one that you booked. If you booked deluxe then that becomes deluxe or if you booked superior then it becomes superior. There is no table, chair, water kettle in the room. There is no parking in the hotel. Intercom doesn’t have connection.

The ambience, food and service is great. The entire staff were very polite and willing to help. They even modified their menu for my toddler and that was really a relief. Fish curry and chicken curry were just awesome. Pool was also well maintained and good. Go for it guys, a happy neat well maintained place. Thank you for all your service. Highly recommended

Facility is exceptionally good and comfortable. Staff and the team provide great service. Very friendly and kind. The ambience and facility is just the thing one needs to unwind and experience a great holiday. Quaint place abutting the Kovalam beach, one could enjoy a splendid walk on the beach. Just heavenly!!

Great experience at Hotel Jasmine. Special thanks to Anandhu, Nidhin , George , Amal who all worked at the front desk were super helpful and greeted us with smiles while checking IN and checking OUT from the hotel. We had 4 Sr. citizens who would have a hard time to climb the stairs - they quickly understood the situation and helped us secure two rooms at ground level. The food can be improved , but there again the staff at the cafeteria were very courteous and helpful. It's location couldn't be better....Although not situated ON the beach, it's just 6 minutes of walk from the beach. Loved the place (very clean), courteous staff and perfect location. Highly recommended.

The culinary offerings are of exceptional quality, catering specifically to my dietary preferences as a pure vegetarian from Gujarat. While the hotel's age is evident in the design of the rooms, the location is undeniably superb.

The rooms are comfortable. The meals were good. The surrounding is clean. The service was top notch. Overall, it's a very good place. Will definitely come again in future.
