I stayed 02 night here with my family. Very bad service. No proper housekeeping. No proper staff. Only 01 staff member was doing all work (like cooking food, room cleaning & room service ). Food quality was also very poor. Always called 4-5 times to hotel manager for getting single basic amenities, very disappointed with this hotel

We booked this accommodation for a six-night stay, and I must say, as a group of four girls, we felt incredibly safe throughout our time there. The staff, especially Mr. Niju, provided exceptional service - professional, friendly, and genuinely caring about their guests' experience. Mr. Ravi also deserves commendation for his kindness and the delicious breakfast and tea/coffee he prepared. He was always accommodating and never hesitated to fulfill our requests. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and commend the staff for their outstanding work. Keep it up!

This resort is located in a calm beautiful place. Well maintained rooms . Friendly staffs and are ready to help you with all ur queries. You can stay at their place for their hospitality itself. Most recommended.

It is situated very close to Kovalam beach. Beach is visible from the first floor balcony. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is good. They don't have full kitchen running but tea and hot water can be asked for. Some eateries are nearby and can be accessed just by walking. Hotel entrance road is very dark in night. Small improvements can make it a good place to stay.

Good budget stay. We stayed as a family with kids. The caretakers made provisions for preparing baby food which was a life saver as we had stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. Rooms are a little small. But it's clean and hygienic. Beach and The Leela Raviz are a 2 minute walk from location.

Absolutely speechless, we stayed in the “Deluxe room”. I feel like staying at the local zoo habitats would be more clean and hygienic than the rooms. The worst bathroom I have ever seen at a hotel by far. All the bedsheets that were laid in the bed were 99% not cleaned, the towels which we had to ask for was like a cloth to wipe a car with, the bathroom door had a creepy looking picture which gave nightmares to my friend, there was no hot water. This stay also included free breakfast in the morning which sounded promising, however, when we got the food in the morning it looked like it was made 3 days ago and it was cold. We did not eat the breakfast and we definitely do not regret that decision, I am still able to type this because of that decision. Additionally there was a dirty windowsill, no control whatsoever for the AC and only one plug in the entirety of this “Deluxe” room. One last thing to add was that one of the workers who served us stared straight at my friend for 1min3seconds non stop, which made him feel uneasy and overall, this was not a welcoming experience, please AVOID!

You cant call it as resort but a kind of lodging providing budget friendly rooms. Rooms are not much spacious but okay. Main highlight is property is situated at the heart of Kovalam just near bus stop and leela property. Very calm abd peaceful stay. Breakfast is included in stay and you get very natural and tasty breakfast like idly or upma. Thumps up to staff.
