Very happy with the hospitality and facilities… Clean and hygienic environment with friendly staff.Good food, good ambience, best place to enjoy with family and friends. swimming pool 👍Good stay…really liked it..and very pleasant stay.Staffs are very nice and friendly.It was a fantastic property for stay with family. Rooms: The rooms on the ground floor are horrific, they have termites on their furniture. the termites were crawling on our wardrobe, our bed and even on the desks. Service: Although the service is decent for other things, they were reluctant to give us different rooms initially even when we showed them the termites. Upon insisting finally they gave us different rooms. Location: Reachability to hotel from the main road is terrible. Only a skilled driver can go in such narrow roads and it is really steep. Only good part is that the beach is within 200ms distance. Food : They don't have active kitchen, breakfast was okayish with just 2 options. The place to eat breakfast near reception is horrible, it's like closed sitting place with dust, flies and smell.

The staff was prompt and always ready to assist with any request.Good service Mr blessan was so helpful. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at God's Own Villa Resort. We arrived quite late on the first night and to all of our disgust, the rooms were stinking, the blankets were dirty, toilets weren't clean enough and the bed sheets were full of marks. The staffs attended that night were so humble and tried their best to make things work. The kettle provided was so dirty and clear strains of dirts were visible. In the name of complimentary breakfast there were only 3 items and the Manager was not at all welcoming when we reached the dining - as if we were sort of barden. Eventually we cancelled the complimentary thing and asked for a refund which was made for sure. While asked for room service, the Manager was smart and prompt to tell us that the bed sheet won't be changed. Really??? Swimming pool was there only for the ske.of its name. All in all, just an average hotel bragging about themselves but without any value whatsoever.

Nice hotel, near to the beach ⛱️. First problem is that this doesn't have a full fledged restaurant. Breakfast was nice, warm and healthy, but you don't have any choice. Second problem is that's there is no nearby store and shops, you need to go to beach or bring anything you need while returning from city. Mr. Hari was there, he helped us in everything we asked for....

A drive through property in the heart of Kovalam beach.The Hotel was fantastic! Clean, stylish rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. Perfect location too. Highly recommend!

I found it costly.its like homestay ,It does'nt give hotel /Villa room vibes,basic room and washroom,has a balcony also a plus point.Although the rooms are big nd spacious. But I was disappointed as I booked on first floor and they gave me in 2nd floor .No lift is there .Basic toiletries,telephone not working,light switches are quite confusing,some are working,some are not .Kovalam beach and light house are nearby ,just walking distance,but the way to reach this hotel is narrow nd zigzag.There are 2 veg restaurants nearby.Staffs are good nd helpful.

I have booked two rooms for two days for year end 2024. They are just amazing.. Manager, staff, food, service, rooms, location everything is just brilliant. they are supportive for everything…
