Avadale Thekkady (Stag Groups Not Allowed)

I had a very pleasant stay at Avadale Hotel, Thekkady. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay relaxing. What really impressed me was the honesty and professionalism of the Avadale team. By mistake, I had made the payment twice without realizing it. After about 15 days, the hotel staff reached out to me proactively and informed me about the duplicate payment. They immediately initiated the refund process without me even asking. Such integrity and customer care are truly rare to find. I am very thankful to the team for their transparency and effort in ensuring a hassle-free refund. Highly recommend Avadale Hotel not just for the good rooms, but also for their trustworthy and customer-friendly service!

Very nice experience. The rooms are spacious and well ventilated with greenery all around. Staff are very courteous and helpful. We had a stay of two days and both days we took buffet dinner. The food was amazing and the price was very reasonable for such tasty and hygienic food. |Overall the property is really worth spending for and I would love to visit it again in future if I plan to go to Thekaddy.

We stayed here with 3 families and booked 3 ac rooms. The place is quiet, very clean, and well-maintained especially the bathrooms. The in-house restaurant is convenient, and while the food could be slightly better in taste, it was always served on time with no delays. Parking space is ample, and the staff were extremely accommodating to our needs first and courteous throughout our stay. Overall, a satisfying experience. Would definitely recommend it for families looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We stayed at Avadale Thekkady for 3 nights and we were 3 families with 6 kids. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had an early morning trip and though the breakfast starts at 8, they packed simple breakfast for us. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thekkady with family and looking for a peaceful, well-kept place to stay. Food inside is okay, but there are many local hotels if you want to taste traditional cuisine

The property was very nice with spacious and well ventilated rooms and lush greenery all around. Very helpful and courteous staff. Noteworthy is the delicious food as well. Very hygienic, tasty and good value for money. Will definitely try to stay at this property in case we visit Thekaddy in future.
