The Club Mist Munnar

This is an average place with a good view..a bit difficult to locate and get to. Rooms are spacious and neat but had big spiders. Room accessibility is an issue especially if you have senior citizens, as there are no lifts and you have to take multiple stairs to get to the room. Staff was courteous and polite. They provide breakfast and dinner buffets with minimal variety of dishes. They have car parking but at a higher level than the hotel. Can be maintainted better.

Below average hotel with a great view… Only pros of this place is the location and view. Else there is nothing special to mention. This place does not have any lunch option. In breakfast they serve same meal everyday. After 11am you will not even get a single cup of tea before 6pm. For dinner they charge 450/- per head for 3-4 items. Overall this place is not at all recommended for stay at Munnar.You will get many well maintained properties across Munnar at a lower price. Not worth the money.

My recent stay at Club Munnar was a disappointing experience. The rooms were dirty and unhygienic, and the bed and pillows were soiled. The amenities provided were inadequate and the staff was unprofessional. Despite complaining about the issues, there was no responsiveness from the hotel management. The food served was unappetizing and there were limited choices available. Additionally, the location was not as advertised and was quite inconvenient. To make matters worse, there were unpleasant odors and smells in the room. The furnishings and decor were outdated and old, adding to the overall negative experience. The parking facilities were also inadequate and inconvenient. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is great for views but difficult for parking as you have to have great driving skills to park and take off. Regarding facilities we were offered a dilapidated room at first which lacked locks and curtains, but on request they gave another, which was way better. The hotel is a bit old, the food offered is poor, they will insist on opting for buffet, but I was lucky I didn't. The free breakfast buffet was pathetic. Coffee offered is a must have. Staff is supportive and responsive.

I had the misfortune of staying at Sky View Resorts, and it was an absolute nightmare. This place is a complete disaster, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of it. First and foremost, the staff was incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly. They seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests. It was impossible to get any assistance or even a basic smile from them. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was virtually nonexistent. It was slow, unreliable, and frequently disconnected. If you needed to stay connected for work or any other purpose, you were out of luck. It was an infuriating inconvenience. The worst part of it all was the complete lack of customer service. When we expressed our concerns to the management, they were dismissive and unresponsive. They didn't seem to care about the guests' satisfaction or the numerous problems we encountered. It was clear that our happiness and comfort meant nothing to them.

Pathetic stay and this hotel spoilt our vacation like anything. Rooms: Not at all clean. Bad smelling rooms with blankets and bedsheets. They wont even change the bedsheets/blankets for new guests. Dustbins were not cleaned. We found remains of the old guests garbage in the dustbin and was smelling. No toiletries in the bathroom and was not cleaned when we checked in. The only thing they had done after the last guest left was to properly tuck in the old bedsheets. Parking: Parking is far away from the hotel and it is difficult to park as the roads to enter are steep. Food: Worst food and priced too much. They will convince for what they have instead of offering your choice of food. You will be forced to have the buffet which is not worth paying 400 bucks The photos shared by the hotel is not from the same property. Looks like they are all photoshopped and the location is not in a place which can offer you tea estate views as shared by them Location: The location is wonderful. You may choose booking a different hotel than staying here. Complete waste of money and vacation. Never recommend this to anyone.

THe photos are misleading. This is the worst managed property one can ever go to. Its filthy. The staff are unprofessional. The location is good and offers good views. There is a nice terrace area to sit. The food is good. But you'd still be better off staying at home.|
