Eco Exotica Munnar

The location is beautiful with a view of tea gardens and Viripara waterfall which is just walking distance from the property. It's not exactly a resort. There was no toiletries available, even there was no soap available to wash hands. Each room was given only one towel. No in room coffee pot or dryer. The staff of only 2 people were efficient to get our food orders from their other property on time if we order ahead . The menu could include some kerala delicacies to get the authentic feel. But whatever food we got was good enough. Wi-fi was available which helped us . sometimes non of the staff was on property to help us out if there was no running water for long or hot water. The tree house is nice but enough space to sleep one person only . They had arranged a bonfire for us one evening which was fun . We as a big group almost had the place to ourselves, so we enjoyed the serene atmosphere just by sitting, chatting and relaxing.

Pathetic rooms. Uncleaned bath tub and closet. Blankets not cleaned for months together. Exorbitant pricing. You can't expect good food.

This place is absolutely worth of money, Those who love nature and a little vintage, they can make a great day here at Eco Exotica. The best is the nature and climate of this place. Place entirely surrounded by green plantations and reserved forests. This place strongly describes as a resort and they provide good safe stays and good food. When you have a trip to Munnar this is the best place for safe stays with very friendly pricing. Family or bachelor's can choose this stays, Here available rock house, mud house, and tree house, all looking good and quite beautiful. All rooms keep an attractive ambiance, when talking about rooms, well maintained and cleaned rooms, especially the deluxe room, it have good quality and probably has a great view. I had an awesome experience here with my beloved friends and family. The best is their service all the staffs were friendly. They served food in our rooms with good pleasure. All in all, it's a wonderfully comfortable experience never disappoints. Decent parking space. If you love off-road (jeep safari) and trekking you must quest for it. The location is a wonderful one, in the middle of the tea garden and close to the waterfall. The kitchen is not available, so don't expect an immediate food option. They have another hotel from where they will bring whatever food option you will order. But the service is great

I had a wonderful time at Eco Exotica .Very calm and serene location.You could enjoy a nice swimming pool within the resort. Lot of green trees around,fresh air,nice climate and totally a nature friendly resort. The view from the resort's balcony was very awesome. The food was great. Each and every staff member here is kind and helpful.Absolutly loved my stay at this resort..and strongly recommend people to opt for this resort for relaxing with your family when you fed up with your busy routine....

We had a lucky opportunity to have a weekend gathering with my college friends and family at this beautiful place. We got a good weekend package for 5 families. The bonfire arranged with games and entertainments was awesome. Nice rooms with good view, The traditional food arranged was very tasty. The walk to the nearby waterfalls and spending time there was really great. The scenery all around is a treat to the eyes. We will be back to this beautiful heaven every year to enjoy our company and especially to be with nature.

Was really a great experience. Good for groups as well as families. If you are in search of a place with both serenity and peace of mind, this resort is greatly recommended.. Have parking facility. Food is available with preorders. Have usual 'resort experience' rooms as well as mud House and a tree house which is an additional attraction. Rooms are maintained well. The landscape is hilly and is next to tea plantations and cardamom estates. Have a waterfall nearby (walkable distance), which is under the control of forest officials. No restrictions in having fun in water. Since officials are patrolling, safety is assured. Resort provides camping facility. Also have arrangements for camp fire and grills... In short, was an overwhelming experience.. About the geography: Mankulam is well known for its green pursuits and cool weather..

We were a college reunion group, choose 1 mud house, 1 rock house and 1 delux room. It is a beautiful scenic property situated on hilltop which has amazing winds and views. It is amidst and surrounded by mountains of tea plantations and waterfalls, a feeling of heaven. Rooms are clean with huge bathrooms. An amazing lifetime experience of this property.
