Very good resort. The way to reach the resort is adventure. Good road and parking facility is only 3 cars maximum. Very good road towards munnar from the resort that will be mind-blowing experience with the good climate. Bike will be more fun. Over all good.can stay with family

Room is Not at all clean, neat . Also tables , chairs in Dining area No correct internet connection , no TV Not worthy for that money

Awesome location with deep forest feel, size of property is small. Very compact rooms. Service was good. Not recommended for family with kids. No entertainment, not kids friendly.

Mind blowing, Cool & Enjoyable Stay I had a truly wonderful 3 days stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was fantastic, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment. The hotel's services were good, and the staff's attention to detail was excellent. The food will be serving by them from their own nearby resort because they don’t have any kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Please don’t book this place unless you can stay in humid without fan in the room. We didn’t have fan in the room, if asked to property they mentioned, no need of fan in this weather. Room was smelly and full of humid. You can’t open the windows as this is surrounded by forest. Bathroom is overflowing. There is no restaurant in the resort they order from another branch which comes after 2-3 hrs later after ordering. It’s not a resort kind of house which converted into homestay or wrost then homestay. Another wrost part, it’s 10km from Munnar city if thinking to come you should have your own vehicle else you will not get anything to travel unless not booked for whole day.

first of all this resort is not much good for family's especially with kids, aged and sicked ones.. because you will not get food at time..There is no restaurant or just a shop near to the resort..At the time of booking they said that there is a restaurant in 3 km distant from the resort and they will take us in the resort's vehicle.. But we had to wait there for more than 1 hour for their vehicle.. For us its some difficult to walk because my father is a patient he can't walk that's much and also the road to resort is sharp curve downed roads.. Only an expert driver can drive through that road..The staffs were completely irresponsible..3 times they sent us the location and both times it was wrong.. I will not suggest this resort to anyone..

A place with good hospitality, cleanliness, and friendly staff. This place is perfect for families and couples. it itself has had nice view and a very green environment. This property is totally worth it. They gave us very good service too.||Everything is perfect good room, food, location more than that extraordinary experience staff. Madhumanthra's surrounding is quite calm which we like the most. The morning Plantation walk was very informative ..overall stay was unforgettable Memories for us.||||Totally loved the team's hospitality.
