Amazing! The staff was very kind and helpful, their attitude and smile uplifted the entire mood and made us happy. Their service was top notch. On top of that, the immaculate views from the incredibly spacious and luxurious rooms were out of this world. Best experience of my life. My family and kids are very happy and they want to visit again soon!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. Here are the main issues I faced: 1. Poor Service: There is a clear lack of staff, resulting in significant delays in service. 2. Subpar Food Quality: The food served was unacceptable and below standard. They are very fake. I ordered food at 10 pm we got at 11:30 pm. Taste is very bad. 3. Hot Water Issues: Despite repeated complaints, there was no hot water. The staff's response was unhelpful, blaming other guests for using the hot water. 4. Unresponsive Staff: The staff was not helpful or attentive to guest needs. 5. Parking Problems: The parking area is unavailable and highly unorganized. 6. Malfunctioning Fan: The fan in the room was not working, adding to the discomfort. 7. Uncomfortable Rooms: The room was extremely suffocating and poorly ventilated. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory.

I recently stayed at Veu Munnar Retreat in a Suit Room with my family, and it was mind blowing experience. The best Hill View Resort in Munnar, with clean and comfortable rooms. I highly recommend Veu Munnar Retreat for families or professionals looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay on your family vacations and get togetherness.

I have never had such bad service in my life. Have stayed in many hotels. But never had such a bad experience. Especially the manager Santosh. I don't know who put him in this managerial post who doesn't know how to treat people who come to the hotel. Food not delivered on time, no hot water, poor housekeeping, tasteless food,The food has no taste but there is no shortage of rate 😂. If there is one more person like Santhosh there is no doubt that the resort will be closed immediately 👍.. The only thing that can be said there is the behavior of the receptionist and Vishnu, just because of the presence of both of them, the people who come will leave at least a little bit happy.. 👍 I will not go to that resort again in my life... Such a Very bad experience in my life

As a couple from London, we were craving an escape from the fast-paced city life and stumbled upon Veu Munnar Retreat while searching for a quiet getaway in Kerala. Little did we know, it would turn out to be so much more than just a retreat. After a scenic drive from Calicut, we arrived at the retreat and were greeted by the friendly staff, who immediately made us feel welcome. We were shown to our room, which was spacious with a large window overlooking the beautiful hills. The view was breathtaking, but the fog rolling in each morning added a magical touch—one moment, the landscape was clear, and the next, it was completely enveloped in mist, like something out of a dream. The retreat wasn’t just about relaxation—it had a lively vibe too. One evening, as we were enjoying the cool mountain air, we heard music in the distance. To our surprise, a DJ had set up in the garden for a special event that evening. The atmosphere was lively, with the sound of upbeat music blending with the serene surroundings of the retreat. It felt like the perfect balance of energy and tranquility, and we couldn’t help but dance for a bit under the twinkling lights. When it came to food, we were impressed by the variety. We’ve always been fond of good comfort food, so we were excited to try some local dishes. The breakfast was a delightful mix of continental options and South Indian specialties. Room was very good and very spacious with attached living and dining area , so nice for a family like ours . Also the view from the room was awesome . Good food , nice climate - overall we like the resort .
