Good atmosphere in and out except the way we reach. Mahindra never bothered about how guests reach there since there are no lights in the nights and most ways the taxis are parked safely and the guests can slip into the cliff other side.. dangerous.. It's a small restaurant and it's not value for the money you pay.. Scenic places around..

Good experience and hospitality with Management. Nice location and view where the hotel is situated. Thanks ot M/S Baby for the good support and services. Word of advice, monkeys are the issue, so don't keep the window open, so that it may enter.

The location is awesome, I could see a lot of fog and mist everywhere. The rooms are ok.. but the prices are so high. There were no restaurants nearby so for the food you have to eat at the restaurant inside the resort but the prices of the food in the restaurant inside this resort is so high like for breakfast it's 700 per person or you have to go to Munnar town (which is 20 km away from this hotel). The bathroom is clean but there is a bad smell in the bathrooms of both our rooms.

All were good. Location is perfect between tea farming. The girl in the happy hub is so sweet and danced a lot with guests. If u go there do not forget to rent e bicycle. The guy from happy hub came with us for 2 hours and took us to the best siteseen places.He was so cooperative and friendly. That was my best experience in my whole kerala trip of 12 days. Superb.

Rooms are not clean. Staff is very rude. Rooms were smelly. Had to change 2 rooms and for that also they were not helpful. Basic necessities were not given or before hand. Being on top of the hill the shuttle service is not provided properly there are no inter transport help and also the activities shown on their site is also not available either it is broken or something. They don’t have umbrella in the resort being tourist season is rainy!

The chef Mr kuldeep at munnar was very courteous and cheerful. He elevated our overal experience at munnat by serving sumptuous and fresh hot food. Our kids enjoyed the meals alot. We hsve gsthered wonderful memorirs from club mahindra munnar stay. Keep it up.

Rest rooms are smellings due to no proper ventilation.|Service staffing is good. House keeping person Irshad was nicely behaved and took extra care.|Location and ambience are nice. Hotel location is good.|Food also good. Rooms well connected.
