Very friendly staff and responsible Management. Awesome experience. Enjoyed the stay, food...Jeep Trekking to Anakkulam offered by the resort is remarkable and a never miss item. Overall experince is memorable and heartwarming..... All including kids enjoyed the campfire arranged by the Grasshopper Resort. Recommended

Our experience was very bad. Low quality facilities , horrible road access which they never informed prior to the visit. Pathetic management . Bathroom flush was not working. Food was not served in time even when we informed we had diabetic people in our group. No place to walk around yo have good view of forest. Will not recommend.

The property is located in a very calm and exotic place inside a cardamom plantation. They provide off-road jeep trekking, campfire, photography...ideal for group stays and family stays. The off-road jeep trekking to Anamkulam is exciting and a never miss activity. The staff and management are responsible and friendly.

My expirience was very very bad...jeep safari was not worthy.. Not given proper reply... Toilet water not drain properly.. Totally waste for money...

I will never suggest this place for a stay. There is nothing much to do here. May be you can visit some farms nearby if u get permissions from the owner. You can reach this place only by a jeep or an offroad bike. The condition of road is so bad that normal sedans or hatchbacks cannot drive through. One of the staff behaved without any professionalism or hospitality

"First impression is the best inpression" Utterworst expreience in this resort. There is no resturant in resort we have to eat food in our room, more over there is no resturant available near by places, customer must travel 3.5km to 10 km from this resort for visiting any hotel or resturant. Apart from this from main road to resort is a tiny one totally utterworst condition like our vehicle must travel like Trucking vehichle.. No maintanance of road to resort. If we choose this resort we have to spent huge amount for the maintanace of our vehichle... My sincere request better all customer must choose some other resorts in Munnar..

Atmosphere and food provided by villa is very nice 5 Star, but road access is lil bit problem, anyway high range roads will be like that ...
