Absolutely awful experience. If there was an option for no stars, that's what I would give. One good thing about the hotel is the location and the pool was decent too. But awful service and awful condition of rooms. The rooms were full of insects and we found it very difficult to sleep. The bedsheets had stains on them and made it look like it hasn't been washed for a while. The service was poor as well, the workers there were showing attitude when we asked them to change the sheets, no welcome drinks and no introduction to the accomodation, they just expected us to know everything and get on with it. Avoid at all costs unless you want to have your munnar trip ruined

Very worst service..blankets were thorn..Waste binn not cleaned in the bath room for new guest.. Food given 2 hours late.. Unsatisfied with this resort.

service is too bad. They didn‘t provide a singe towel for bath, food quality is very bad, the availability of hot water is only in the morning time, not at evening. FarBetter to choose an another resort.

The rooms are very basic and not value for the money they charge. They didn’t provide basic needs also. The location is not very great considering it is hard to find but no great view compared to other places we stayed in munnar. The staff is very irresponsible and started rolling his eyes for simple requests like extra blanket or hot water or even some milk or tea. I would absolutely not waste money staying here again and would suggest the same

Pls pls pls. Don't go to this resort. No proper hospitality. Don't waste ur money going to this resort. Better choose best one. If u see kitchen of this resort. Damn, u won't drink even a single chip of water there. Worst resort which I should not visit in my life.

Awesome Stay Experience. Rooms are cozy with a different Vibe. Owners became a family and their hospitality is amazing. I highly recommend this resort for a great Munnar trip
