Overall good experience. Reception manager and staff is very friendly, helpful and informative. Exterior of the hotel is good reception area also nice. View from the property and from few rooms is good. The food quality is very good but Not spicy. It is good for kids as the swimming pool area has slides and a small garden to play. The overall experience is really nice. Tysm for Park yard team and overall staff.

This is one of the best resort I have seen in Mahabaleshwar, good ambiance, good food, well maintained environment, good for family and couple My kids enjoyed a lot 😊

Property is good.. but poorly maintained. No complemetary water bottles in the room, Linens are stinky, pillows are with multiple yellow color shades. But yes the peaceful place.

A best hotel with good natural view. Room services has good. The hotel with best swimming pool. One of the most best thing is food quality and food test and hygiene for food and hygiene of hotel is too good. Over all my expirience is good here.

We took a 2 night Standard room non ac package with all meals here. It's a good Resort with a nice location and a Swimming pool with a slide as the main attraction. Standard room was bit old but ok, with a balcony as well. Indoor games room is under maintenance but partially functional. The major discontent was regarding food. We chose this resort because it was mentioned as Pure Vegetarian on their website and confirmed by the booking agent as well. But it's NOT pure vegetarian as we came to know later, after checking in, that they do serve eggs (which is prepared in a separate pantry as mentioned by them). They also provide non-veg food from outside as room service, on request by the customer. So we didn't get a pure veg resort feeling and were not comfortable. We could smell non-veg food while passing through corridors, few odd times. Though the management did provide us Jain food and we are thankful for that. Jain food was mostly spicy and oily. Humble request to management to please mention about non veg services on your website.
