NillBooked premium suite for last weekend. Location of property is good. Hotel fare compare to premium suite was bit higher side. Breakfast was included in fare. No cellphone network on room except reception area. But ten on ten to hospitality staff for their loyalty. I forgot my some stuff in room while checkout . But hospitality staff couriered my luggage to residential address.

NillI visited there with family on 21st Sept. Saturday night. It was late but we got the cottage as it is rainy season and less visitors in this season. The cottages is nice, having two bedroom, hall and two separate washroom in suit (Writers suit). The property is very good and view is awesome. Might be due to season and weather is awesome. If it rains in morning then it gives mesmerizing feeling. Also canteens food is very delicious, we had breakfast in morning. As we visited late in night that's why missed the dinner. The canteen opens at 7:30am and closes at 10:00pm. Overall it is very nice experience being there and I will surely recommend to visit and stay here. But make sure if you are planning to visit in crowdy season, please do reservation before coming.

NillWe booked an Executive Room and AC Cottage Rooms, but the conditions were awful. The rooms were filthy, with fungus on the bedsheets, curtains, furniture, and ceiling. There was a terrible moldy smell, and the washrooms were dirty and poorly equipped. The towels were rotten, and no room service was available. The outside area was also dirty, and the complimentary breakfast was disappointing. We had booked for two days and paid in advance, but we checked out the next day due to these issues and moved to a different hotel. Would not recommend.

NillA Wonderful Jungle Retreat! The location of this holiday camp is simply brilliant—surrounded by lush jungle, providing a refreshing escape and the chance to breathe fresh air every day. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food was excellent, especially the breakfast. The staff's hospitality truly made our stay exceptional. A special thanks to Mr. Suhas Parakhi (Holiday Camp Manager), Mr. Sanjay Wadkar, Mr. Umesh Shinde, and Mr. Ganesh for their warm and cooperative service. Overall, we had a memorable stay and will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended!

NillThe rooms was nice and service is also good. The morning scenario was really awesome and too beautiful. The rooms are also nice, big. It's a good option to stay in Mahabaleshwar and getting better nature experience. The location was too good and also in budget.

NillIf you’re travelling during rains (like we did) some of the suites are covered as shown in the photo. We couldn’t get a view from the Writers suite room. And the plastic covers spoiled the exterior look. In the morning we heard a knock on the door, someone had come to sell footwear. We were scared 😱 as it was a wake-up call of no security around. You don’t feel like sitting the sofa looking at the stains. At Venna restaurant, day 1 we enjoyed the food on day 2 I complained about stinking steel glasses. Tea or Coffee is served in flimsy paper cups, which shouldn’t have happened. Best part; Property is at excellent location, morning walks are delightful within the property. Best part ends here ! Morning breakfast was decent. I believe the food can be termed hygienic as well. I think suites near the reception are better options.

NillFabulous stay as always the best coolest silent and full of privacy best for kids as well. Huge rooms clean sometimes ac doesn't work and you have to be very very careful of monkeys snatching ur bags of food everything. Lovely parking right outside ur room clean balcony huge but bit slippery. Hot water does take time please turn on 10 min before. Mr. Umesh Shinde is a superb person, helpful and always ready to provide services Great Manager and a very humble one, other staff are trustful and also equally best at service. Canteen guys helps you a lot and can accept ur late time request once or twice. Would love to visit again

NillWe came to Mahabaleshwar 1st time with family and booked Executive suite at MTDC.when we checked in in the room our washroom was locked, there was no water, phone was not working. We were not able to contact reception due to there was no network. However we walked to the reception and complaint about our concern. Receptionist logged our complaint but his attitude was not so positive towards the our concerns. After many follow ups maintenance team came up after 1 hr to attend the complaint. They filled RO water after 1.5 hr. They didn't repaired room phone,They just denied and gave excused that cable has been cut by monkeys and we are not able to rectify. Just want to Highlight that we booked Executive suits and conditions of room was pathetic, everywhere there was seepage on wall, room was having strong musty smell, washroom conditions was so pathetic and unhygienic. There was no room amenities and bathroom emenities. Breakfast was include in our package so we had breakfast there, that also very bad in test. Hotel is spreaded in around 50 acres and made nicely and Hotel team have not maintained at all. Hotel employees attitude is very bad. I will not recommend any one for MTDC Mahabaleshwar.
