Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price Our experience here was far from satisfactory. At the time of booking, we were clearly told that check-in was at 11 AM. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the room was still being cleaned and were asked to wait. In the meantime, we were given a different room temporarily, with the impression that it was our actual booking. Eventually, the correct room was handed over only by 1 PM—two hours late. For a price of ₹6,000, the amenities were extremely disappointing. There was no buffet lunch or dinner available, and the menu was very limited. The food quality was poor, with excessive soda added to the dishes, which made them unappetizing. We were so dissatisfied with the options that we skipped breakfast the next morning. Despite breakfast being included in our package, no one from the staff even asked why we didn’t have it. The room itself was below average. It was a basic wooden setup with an unclean bathroom and poorly maintained flooring. The service and management were equally disappointing—unresponsive and disorganized. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would strongly advise against staying here. It is simply not worth the money. There is a lot of room for improvement in terms of hospitality, cleanliness, food quality, and guest handling.

We went there with our family on 26th May 2025 after making an online booking by paying Rs. 4,500/-, but the place is nothing like what is shown in the photos. The service is extremely poor, and the cost is a complete waste of money. Please keep the following points in mind if you are planning to visit: No Power Backup: This is a hill station and frequent power cuts happen here, but there is no backup facility. No Water Supply: When you wake up in the morning, you won’t find any water in the bathroom or toilets. We had to use rainwater collected in buckets from the rooftop just to use the toilet. Hot Water Facility is a Lie: Forget hot water, even basic water supply is not available here. With Food Facility: Although food is provided, the kitchen area where food is made is very unhygienic. Rainwater Leakage: Rainwater enters the rooms from under the doors, and the entire floor gets wet. They haven’t even kept proper cleaning materials. My clear suggestion for tourists is not to make any hotel bookings online. Instead, visit the place in person, inspect everything carefully, and negotiate before making a booking.

Mr.Adil is amazing and the entire staff has been super helpful and provide any thing that you need. Rooms are very spacious and clean with hot water supply. Very reasonable prices for the room and super spacious. We had A group of 10 people with 4 kids and they all enjoyed. We will surely come back again with more people.

Excellent hospitality...recently visited this beautiful property with friends amazing ambience specially at night and the heritage rooms was beautiful ....staff is amazing and friendly, they were always making sure that our stay is going well Lunch and dinner buffet was tasty 🤤 10/10 for food with a wide variety of options and kept the buffet well stocked. We all were impressed with the high level of customer service . The owner of the property was always making sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Planning to visit this property with family soon.

They were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The services provided were of the highest quality, and I was impressed by the attention to detail and the effort to meet my needs. Despite offering such excellent service, the resort remains affordable, providing great value for money. Its prime location, within walking distance of key attractions, made it easy to explore the area. Based on my wonderful experience, I will definitely return to Misty Resort and highly recommend it to anyone seeking outstanding service and value.

Comfy rooms, right at the heart of city center. The owner and the staff are very polite and kind. Great ambiance. Cherry on the cake is tasty delicious food at the resort. Looking forward to spend vacation again at Misty.
