The Byke Heritage - (Matheran)

The Byke Heritage Resort is a great place to unwind after a busy weekend. The resort is convineantly placed at a walking distance within all the must go spots in matheran. The rooms are really cosy and warm. Housekeeping does a through job keeping the place neat and tidy. Most of all the people here are warm and friendly and provides the best in class service. Special mention to Kapil bhai and Akshay bhai for making our stay extra special.

the stay here was good. each and every staff right from security gate till kitchen, cleaning and support here are very polite and made our stay very comfortable. thanks to Varsha and another lady who personally came to check on us. food is good and the resort serves only veg. we enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The room was very good and well-maintained, providing great comfort. The service was excellent and the staff was very attentive. The night disco theatre was an amazing experience and added great entertainment to the stay. The food was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Looking forward to visiting again.

I had a great stay at the resort! The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, the adventure activities were exciting, and the DJ night added a lot of fun to the experience. The food was really tasty too. There is also a small play activity court, though there’s a little scope for improvement there. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy — highly recommended!

Our group of 35 recently stayed at The Byke Heritage Resort, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding—everyone was attentive and kind, from check-in to check-out. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and food throughout the stay was delicious and well-presented. Thanks to Mr. Kapil for his support and services he has offered. We have enjoyed a lot. Good facility offered. Need some games for kids below 7 years. Foods was awesome. We will definitely recommended others to visit.
