I wouldn't even give this place a single star. The cleanliness was non-existent, with a terrible smell and too many pests. The odor wasn't from my dog, and the fact that you refunded us proves it was your fault. Businesses don't issue refunds unless they're in the wrong, so stop blaming your customers. Start maintaining your property properly. Customers don't leave fake reviews; this is genuinely what we experienced during our visit.

I visited this property on 13th Jul 2024 and the booking was done under my friend's name wherein originally we've booked 3 rooms but unfortunately due to some issues 2 of our members got cancelled and we called the hotel person to inform that we don't need the 3rd room and he can utilise the pre-booking money in the other rooms the person who was talking on the phone was talking very rudely stating that you will have to pay for 3 rooms wether you stay or not after convincing for quite long he got agreed he need to take some soft skills coaching and need to know how to talk without being rude eventually he agreed to cancel the 3rd room however he increased the price of other 2 rooms. We had no option and token amount was already paid so we accepted to stay with the increased prices. When we reached at the hotel check in was done nicely. But the rooms were pathetically maintained the washroom was not clean there was no hot water in the shower. Bedsheets were full of stains and very filthy we've asked the service boys to change it multiple times but they didn't changed it. Apart from that there was no electricity half of the duration of our stay I mean if you are charging 8000rs on a weekend for a couple room at least you should have some power back generators if we could have paid 8k for a night in the cities we could have got rooms in hotels like Hayat. Talking about the room service that's another pain in the a** if we need anything we had to come out of our rooms in the heavy rains and walk up under the umbrella to the reception desk on top of that even after telling we had to go another 3 4 Times to tell we haven't received the certain thing yet. I strongly discourage anyone reading this review from choosing this property. Look for better options elsewhere. Only consider this place if there are no other choices or if the price is incredibly low. To the team of Misty resort please work on this things 1. Learn hospitality 2. Basic communication skills 3. Hygiene 4. Availability of hot water 5. Power backup 6. Wi-Fi coverage 7. Options to have roti, chapati or bhakti not everyone eats what you cook. 8. Improve room service.

This is the worst experience ever. The pictures uploaded in Google are old ones and donot be misled by them. The property is not at all maintained. The walls are broken. There is water seepage in all the rooms, washrooms, and from each and every ceiling. The rooms are extremely dirty. They didn't care to even change or clean the bedsheet. There were cockroaches in the rooms. There was electricity and shot circuit problem.

**DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AT MISTY** I recently booked a jacuzzi room at your establishment for a cost of 5k/day, and I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the experience. The room was poorly maintained, tube light was not working, sparkling sound was coming out of the electricity board while phone charging, exhaust fan doesn't works, there is no intercom to contact the reception and bathing water quality so poor that we couldn't use the jacuzzi. Upon reporting these concerns, I was disappointed by the lack of a satisfactory solution. Instead, I was informed that since my checkout was scheduled for that day, I should vacate the room. This response was not only unhelpful but also reflected a lack of commitment to resolving customer issues. Furthermore, I caution future guests against making online payments. It appears there is an intermediary involved who seems indifferent to customer complaints. The hotel staff redirects customers to coordinate with this third party, creating confusion as guests may not even realize they are not communicating directly with hotel staff during online booking interactions. Please note if the booking number is 9xxxxx8206 do not proceed with the booking. For those considering a stay despite these issues, I strongly recommend against booking in advance. Visit the hotel personally, inspect the facilities thoroughly, and assess the conditions before making any payment. This approach will allow you to make an informed decision based on your firsthand experience rather than relying solely on potentially misleading online reviews.
