Ibex Resorts, Coonoor (Leewood)

Iam a solo traveller. Reaching Ibex resort coonoor, I felt so warming as staff Mr. Ramesh put me into greater comfort. Very pleasant stay, food, staff, chef , the ladies are all amazing. Next day I stayed in Kothagiri, even best stay . Special mention to the Manager Mr. Karthik who has taken great care for the solo traveller like me, kept me at ease. Finally everyone became like a family. It's worth to make a choice when you look for a relaxing resort. Highly recommended !

A beautifully located and well-kept resort offering a peaceful escape in Coonoor. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Reshma, making the stay smooth and relaxing. The food was fresh and delicious. A perfect spot for a quiet getaway. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience at Ibex Stays! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our stay here was great with dreamy surrounding , beautiful lawn to chill, super tasty food by Manikandan . The sun set was surreal here. Staff were super friendly and made us feel like home. big thanks to Ganesh, Manju, Ajit, Ramesh and Reshma. Highly recommend this place for everyone.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a delightful room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise and truly set the tone for our stay. The staff at Ibex were absolutely fantastic - incredibly courteous, polite, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out and made our stay extra special. The location itself is breathtakingly scenic and meticulously maintained, providing a serene and tranquil environment that was perfect for relaxation. The food was another highlight of our stay – simply delicious and satisfying. We were also treated to a complimentary campfire, which added a lovely touch to our evenings. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we had plenty of activities to choose from, ensuring that we were never bored during our stay. However, we did encounter a minor inconvenience with another guest who was playing loud music during the night. When we raised a complaint, the staff immediately addressed the issue and asked the guest to vacate the room the next morning. This prompt action demonstrated how much they care for their guests and their commitment to ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone. I wholeheartedly recommend Ibex to families looking for a budget-friendly vacation spot. We had such a wonderful time that we are already planning another visit this year!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort in Coonoor. The ambience is serene and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings that make you instantly feel at ease. The food was delicious with a good variety, felt fresh and well-prepared. The rooms were well-maintained, showing the care they put into upkeep. Service was excellent, specially Mr. Kumar & the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Coonoor!

Stay was awesome. The serene beauty of the location is so welcoming, peaceful and calm. The hospitality is very good from the staff of Ramesh, Gunashekhar, Manjula and others. The place and the rooms are very well maintained and so clean. Overall the experience of this place is rejuvenating! Kudos to the entire staff!
